Great product

I would leave a review if my order ever arrives!!!!!.
Last time I ordered from Lyco an led strip light that was supposed to be 14mm wide turned out to be 16mm wide. Sent it back waited ages for the refund

Great experience. Best price online by quite a bit, rapid delivery. Well packaged and as described.

Placed my order on a Monday goods were delivered the next day
Every item I ordered was in stock
The quality of the lighting ordered was excellent
Nothing broken in transit

Invoice didn't match amount charged. Emailed to request a correct invoice. Automated reply said busy and would reply within two working days. It's now 7pm and 7am tomorrow will be two working days so let's see ..... First lot of products seem good quality so far. This is a trade purchase as a new customer.

Update - correct invoice never arrived....

Just spent half an hour speaking to Claire on the phone, ordering lots of products. Talk about patient! What a pleasure that experience was, Claire was super knowledgeable and friendly and just so helpful. I got some really gorgeous products I wouldn't have bought without her. Be more Claire I say!!!!

Hi, I ordered led round panels listed as 185mm cut out but when they arrived they stated a cut out of 170mm.
YOUR SITE INFO IS INCORRECT.
I have made these fit as job had to been completed on day of delivery.
Not very helpful !

Generally good.
My only criticism is the packaging, the outer box had been crushed which also damaged the inner box.
The lights were undamaged and work perfectly.

You really want a review? Ordered Monday, delivery confirmed for Tuesday and it's now 21:30 on Wednesday and the package has moved all of eight miles to Fedex's depot in Ridgmont.
Apart from the delivery problems the lights are installed and look really good.

I have not used Lyco Group Ltd before and the transaction was faultless.

We ordered some coving and it arrived the next day at no extra cost. Excellent service.

Waited in for delivery ( signature required), never came. Tracking had it stuck in some depot, not even “out for delivery” yet it still maintained I would receive it by 1800 hrs that day! Still hasn’t arrived but it’s only 10am on the following day(08/10/2025). So don’t ask what I think of the product because I haven’t seen it!
