Mac4sale Reviews

Very well packaged - took me longer to unrap it then it did to set up. Good customer service through email and online chat. Very happy with my purchase - would use again...

Mac was delivered in good condition and in good price but was delivered 4 days late then anticipated time.

Excellent experience from the start to finish. Cheapest price I found all over for my iPhone 14 Pro Max even cheaper from high street used phone shops.
I even sold my old iPhone to Mac4sale. 100% bargain deal. Very happy customer.
Thanks Mac4sale I will buy again happy customer

Great service purchasing a refurbished iMac wireless keyboard. Arrived well packaged and connected up no problem.

Once again best expense. This time I bought MacBook pro m1 for my husband impeccable service and comparative price.
No complaints at all. Thanks Again.

Helpful customer service when there was a problem with DPD. They deliver my laptop to address 5 miles away from my home.
Mac4sale guys collected laptop from wrong address and get it re delivered to me.
Very happy with my MacBook Air

I won't lie, I ordered via clearpay, a Macbook Pro 2020 for £690 which is a great price. Then I saw the reviews and I was extremely nervous. I ordered 4 Business Days ago and it arrived today and I am genuinely over the moon. I wasn't able to get through on the phone which added to my panic, but I was able to reach them on Chat, where the tracking details were shared with me. The Macbook is in excellent condition and I am very happy to report all was great with my order.

Still 45 days over my deliveary not initiated if cancel money return make take 30 days

my name is umapathy kj from Oman MFSAE1000007554

I went a painful process still my delivery not initiated these guys giving bad explanation. they will not have order in stock they will tell we will tell we need to arrange it after that very hard to followup

the employee conversation with me telling to cancel the order after 45 days refund will take 30days its a very painful process .will advice don't spoil your money and time with these company

Was promised a refund, I have been chasing this for 2 months but no refund given. Some responses to emails but the money promised never arrives.

Recently Bought Solo Red. Great price. 5 stars to the team who advised me really good from online support & communication and updates. Works well.
Thanks

Bought Apple monitor from Mac4sale overall experience is very brilliant.
Good communication from seller after royal mail messed up delivery numerous times finally got my item and using it thanks mac4sale.

Purchased 87W refurbished genuine adapter after using disappointing quality of new Chinese adapter from market place.
Product is as described and exactly what I was expecting it from apple on top of it, its almost half price as compare to Apple Store price and it also comes with 1 Year warranty. Thanks Mac4sale I will buy again happy customer.

As previous reviewers have said this is a scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered ipods for my special needs children who love listening to music. Nothing has been dispatched and when I emailed to request the order be cancelled and for a refund it there is no response. The phone number doesn't work either. I am a single parent on a low income and it makes me so angry these people steal from those who have the least. I don't know how they sleep at night. I have reported them to Trading Standards and hope karma gets them eventually.

SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!! Ordered a macbook 2 months+ ago and still battling to get a refund. They emailed updated repeating the same thing every week it will be posted Thursday for 24hr tracked delivery. Then said they upgraded the macbook to more memory for me as compensation due to the wait. Opened a dispute with CLEAR PAY and they sent a tracking number Royal Mail to close it. HAHA they sent it to make it seem like they done something SCAMMERS… weeks later Royal Mail are still waiting for the item from them. Absolute joke! Found this company on CLEAR PAY! CLEAR PAY CLEARLY DO NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE ON THEIR SUPPLIERS!

Bought MacBook Air 2020 price was bargain and the quality was good as new, was delivered on time as anticipated.

Sent my Airpods for repair after comparing cost from two local mobile repair shops.
Mac4sale quote was cheaper and total turnaround was aprox 1 week.
The only negative point was they wasn't available at off hours.
Happy Customer!

Sold my used 2018 Mac mini to Mac4sale they provided free pickup and paid after testing my Mac exactly what they quoted. It was far better than selling it to my local computer shop.

Never use this company or SafePCDirect. They are both linked and do not have the goods that you order in stock and try to sell you other items instead.
When you request a refund, they just lead you on in every conversation over email or phone. 3 months later, still no refund.
Ignore their own refund policy, even they don't know how to abide by it.

Mac4sale offer great value and we’re very responsive to
to my questions. Order No: MFS1000010694 iPod Nano 5th Generation. Product arrived well packaged and works perfectly. Thank you.
