I bought a monthly plan with 3h max per day as PayAsYouGo .
They charged me 20 USD for overuse hours (pay-as-you-go), but I'm 100% sure I logged out. Why is there no warning if you go into overuse? Why isn't there a meter that shows your actual usage time? I think it's no coincidence that these features are missing. It feels like they do this just so they can charge randomly.
The Cloud runs fine so far. That's why I gave 2 of 5.

I've used MacinCloud for only a few months now and I can confidently say that the customer support is fantastic. They get back to me very quickly and always answer my questions and help me with fixes/make suggestions for me.

I paid $15 for MacRent.cloud with the expectation of receiving access to a Mac mini for development.
After payment:
No email with access details was sent immediately
Support was slow and unresponsive at first
They later claimed a “weak connection” and asked me to wait up to 1 hour
I do not feel confident about their reliability or service. Because of the delays and poor communication, I requested a full refund.
the connection has already dropped twice
I signed up for the 24-hour plan and the connection has already dropped twice. The first time I must have been without access for about 3 hours, and now I've been without it for 2 hours. That is, 5 hours or more without access in a short and expensive period that I paid for to upload 2 apps. I don't recommend this service to anyone.
Update:
I had this problem on the first and second day, and then it stabilized. I also experienced some periods of slowness, but that might have been my internet connection. Overall, it met my needs, despite these hiccups. Support sometimes takes a little while to respond, but they addressed all my requests.

Horrible. support inexistent, no cancel subcription, they wont let you remove your card. never recomedning this or going back ever.

Server's never work, Shady practices
Server's never work, charged for usage when not used. And it's almost impossible to contact anyone. They on purpose make it impossible to monitor usage, and I've had a horrible experience.

Macincloud is brilliant! I needed to build iOS apps, and I had never owned a Mac before. Macincloud allowed me not only to write the app and test it (using TestFlight), but also to get familiar with the performance of the Apple ecosystem. Thanks to that, after two months I was able to confidently buy exactly the Mac I needed.
During the two months of using Macincloud, I didn’t experience any issues with performance, logging in, or connection stability, and I worked from both Ubuntu and Windows.

Had a technical mismatch with a plan I purchased, but the MacinCloud support team really stepped up. Huge shoutout to Tin and Andrew for their professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that actually listens to the customer and prioritizes a good experience over rigid policy. They handled my situation with class and efficiency. In the start I experienced some technical issues. Getting support required patience. Having support makes it all good again.
Unreliable Time Tracking and Unfair Charges
I purchased an hourly plan with Mac in Cloud and used it for one week. I was very careful to stay within my 3-hour limit and always made sure timers were active whenever I was actually using the service. Because of this, I know I was well under my allowed usage.
Despite that, I was charged more than my initial payment for supposedly going over my allowance. Within just the first three days, their system added a 3-hour session and a 4-hour session to my account that I was not connected for, instantly putting me over my quota.
Their time-tracking system does not work. I contacted support multiple times, but they simply claimed I used the time and offered no real explanation or help. There was no investigation and no accountability.
This was a terrible experience and an untrustworthy service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and using an alternative instead.

Charged for unused service and refund refused
I had a disappointing experience with MacinCloud’s billing and support.
I was charged for a subscription that I was not actively using and only noticed it on the day of the payment. As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted support to request a refund for the same-day charge.
Despite the fact that the service was not used at all and the cancellation was done immediately, my refund request was refused. There was no flexibility or consideration, just a strict policy response.
What makes this frustrating is that I was not trying to abuse the system—I simply missed the renewal and acted right away once I noticed it. I even stated that I plan to use the service again in the future when I actually need it, but that did not change anything.
I would strongly suggest that MacinCloud improves its refund and customer-friendly policies, especially for same-day charges on unused subscriptions. This kind of rigid approach seriously affects trust.
Their Cloud service did not work for me, but their customer service did
It is not often that I give a 5 star review for a service that I actually was not able to use. What made my experience go from a 1 star service to a 5 star service, is that their customer service team reached out to me with a few hours, and when they saw that I had a genuine issue accessing their cloud service, they gave me a 100% refund. Great Job Macincloud team
