My experience was terribly bad!
- The Mac Mini was available right after the payment. Everything looks good!
- I chose the monthly payment plan. There is no link to pay in the "invoice" section at my account portal, prior to the due date.
- No email with any way to pay, so I was unable to pay
- No answer in the "online" support chat, 3 days to answer my emails
- They decided with no advice to "erase" my Server, less than 24 hrs of the 1 day of the second month
All my work was "gone".
Look for other services that have high professional standards; renramac.io is not the one
I'm happy now with macincloud.com

the web and services is good , and the cs is fast too when we counter a problem. but unfortunately i req refund because some app need ios and can't sideload ,not mac unfortunately ,still they fast about this process 🙏, in future this service will be no 1 for my list to rent Mac device.

Quick and Easy Mac Access
I needed a Mac for some quick pre-Christmas setup for my kids accounts and family share for their new iPads. I don't own a Mac and probably never will, but iPads are great for kids. This service gave me exactly what I needed so they can get up and running fast on Christmas morning.

Fantastic experience — seamless remote Mac access
Using Rent-a-Mac was surprisingly smooth. I was up and running within minutes, and the interface was simple and intuitive. Performance was solid across the board — I only ran into availability issues a couple of times, and when that happened, support was quick to respond and got everything resolved without delay.
The machine handled Xcode builds and other development tools reliably, and I never felt like I was slowed down. Compared to other services I’ve tried, Rent-a-Mac felt fast, stable, and genuinely developer-friendly.
I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend this service to anyone who needs remote macOS access without the headache.

Excellent service and fantastic Mac performance
I had a great experience with Rent A Mac. The support team was incredibly friendly, fast to respond, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They guided me clearly and made everything easy, even for my first time using their service.
The Mac Mini M4 I received is powerful, stable, and performs exactly as advertised. Setup was quick, access was immediate, and everything worked smoothly right from the start. The connection is fast, the hardware is strong, and the system feels like having a real Mac right next to me.

Works exactly as described. I never used a mac before but had no problem with setting up everything. Used xcode and it worked perfectly. Zero lag.

Really comes in handy!
I'm a software developer, and was desperate for a Mac to set up the Team ID for my project. Rent-a-Mac's daily plan really came in handy! Later, when I compile my app in XCode, I will certainly use it again!
