Made by the Forge Reviews

Ordered 12mm cast iron curtain rings. The only supplier I could find that made them. They look great with our hand forged curtain rail and the quality of product and service we're both exceptional.

From concept to delivery, Richard and team were fab. I knew exactly what I wanted, to turn a cluttered small walk in wardrobe, to a well organised and attractive space. With the help of a great carpenter/fitter and bespoke high quality items from made by the forge, my idea became a reality. Highly recommend.

The products here are of excellent quality, and great care is taken to ensure the customer gets the correct item. I have dropped a star because the website experience is not as good as the products or the customer service.

After understanding the process it was very easy. The pole arrived in two pieces and was easy to fit. The team helped decide on a 3-sided window and looks magnificent.

Fantastic customer service above and beyond. Great product and extremely helpful staff. Super speedy delivery

I highly recommend Made by the Forge. Excellent customer services, with humans on hand to assist should you need it! Easy ordering from start to finish, quick turn around and a quality product too!

Ordered iron curtain rings. Fantastic product. Perfect replacement rings for our iron curtain poles. Easy to order and very prompt delivery. No complaints.

A beautifully made rail and accessories - solid and built to last. Personal service, quick delivery, and a product worth paying a fair price for. No cheap rubbish — just quality craftsmanship. Thank you, I'm very happy.

This was my second time ordering from the Forge. As last time, the ordering system was easy to navigate, response times excellent and as promised. The product arrived when I was told to expect it and looks great. Excellent quality, competitive pricing AND made in Britain. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication via Rachel and very pleased with the wrought iron gate they custom made.

Made a rod that nobody else could make.
Will bend over backwards to help you out.
Nice people to do business with very helpful and friendly.

My saucepan rack is well made and looks good. It came within the expected time frame. Good service.

Beautiful quality. Excellent materials and detailed workmanship. Attentive and professional service. My only minor gripe was the excessive bubble wrapping, which took me a while to chop apart. But heavy metal needs careful padding to avoid damaging other stuff in transit, I suppose. Overall, whilst by no means priced for the masses, in my view value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending highly, and I shall certainly buy more items again in future.

The website, ordering and delivery from this company is second to none. I have been ordering their curtain rails for some years. They are beautifully crafted and a beautiful addition to my home.

This is my second order from Made by the Forge.

I've now ordered two bespoke curtain poles, both of which have come exactly as described and look fantastic in their installed locations!

The construction quality is fantastic (as you would expect from ironwork), no shifting or flexing even under my heaviest lined curtains.

I managed to order some incorrect components on my first order, the team were able to promptly assist me in ordering the correct components, even verifying the purpose to make sure I didn't make a second mistake.

We had some issues with delivery the second order where the courier was reporting incorrect information to both the team and myself. Made by the Forge kept in contact to ensure that I was aware of the courier's delay (about 3 days behind schedule).

I will definitely order from Made by the Forge again, consistently excellent purchase experiences so far! :)

Fantastic company ... I called them for advice on sizing, they were really helpful, the quality and product was stunning ... will order form them again )

Unusual order which they thoughtfully checked with me by phone to ensure I hadn't list the plot.

Efficient service, arrived earlier than anticipated. Good quality craftsmanship.

Sadly not up yet renovation delays.

I bought two recess-mounted curtain rods from Made by the Forge. I’m very happy with the service and communication received. The curtain rods look wonderful, they were custom made to fit the space and Made by the Forge delivered exactly what they promised

I ordered curtain rings to be delivered to the Netherlands. I quickly received a quotation and the ordering process was simple. The items were delivered quickly and I am very pleased with the quality. Communication was great throughout. I would certainly use Made by the Forge again.
