Made by the Forge Reviews

The website was easy to use with good selection of products .i ordered a kitchen towel holder which looks great in our new kitchen .Communication was excellent as i received a phone call asking me for exact measurements for my purchase as it was made to order for a specific location . The price was very good as it was a handmade product.

Made to measure curtain pole - great quality and very stylish. Looks fantastic in a 350 year old cottage - so much better than the modern equivalent.

I have placed around 5 orders from Made by the Forge now. High Quality curtain poles made to the exact measurements. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for from this company. Well worth the money in my opinion as they are made to last forever and they do. Can't see the need to ever change these poles again as the classic designs never go out of fashion. the Rams head is stunning, you can see the skill and craftmanship that went into making it.

I dont normally write reviews but for this definitely making the time. The curtain pole we got is absolutely beautiful the craftsmanship is perfect, quality control was spot on. Yes it is expensive but its worth every penny without a doubt and the wife already lining up the next 4 poles. If you never put a curtain pole up just take time and follow instructions your be more than happy.

Beautifully made the curtain pole and brackets with quality and profession, and thanks very much for the patience

Very good products. Swift delivery and very helpful answering queries. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this supplier.

Great service and a wonderful product. My third purchase from The Forge.

The curtain tie backs to match our poles are stunning- beautifully made and individual. The service from Made by the Forge was outstanding. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Really pleased with my item. Great ethics and quality product.

We have been purchasing metal poles and accessories from Made by the Forge for some years now. Our clients love them. They are lovely hand-made pieces that stand the test of time. We come back to them again and again as they cannot be replicated with lesser lookalikes.

Really very helpful in helping us choose the best option. And then sent us an extra ring, at no charge, when we realised we were one short. Highly recommend this company

I ordered curtain rings, they arrived quickly and are exactly as advertised. Very pleased.

Very efficient very nice service and beautiful products above all !
Very communicative and réactive .

They are my go to supplier for poles. They provide an excellent personable service and a reliably good product.

Always excellent customer service and quality products. Made to order so it always feels like products take a while to come but I don’t mind the wait as I’m always so happy with what arrives.

The curtain rail and fittings are really well made, and now we have the curtain that we had made to hang on it, it looks perfect. Easy to navigate instructions on the site to get the perfect for the space and arrived within the specified time.

Measurement instructions on the website very easy to follow. Nice selection of options for pole ends. Beautifully made, robust wrought iron curtain poles. Lovely craftsmanship and made here in the UK!

Excellent quality poles delivered within the time frame of your lead times … they look fabulous in situ and our builder commented about the decent fixings and brackets. I only wish I’d found you earlier for the other rooms in our renovation.

I contacted Made By The Forge as I needed larger than usual curtain holdbacks and they immediately responded to say they could make them in the size I wanted and at a very good price. They duly arrived and not only look good are a high quality item.
