Awful. I bought 2 different bundles, one I only received 3 presets out of 10+ that you are actually able to download and they other I never received anything! I emailed SEVERAL times and finally received a response and another email with the “downloads” but when you click on them, they literally say file not found! I’ve entailed again twice asking about it being fixed or a refund and received no response. It’s a scam!

I purchased the whole store bundle to get some quick presets. I received a pdf instead of a downloadable link to the files. Waiting for an answer as to how to get the actual file downloads. Not going to have them in time for my Christmas mailout. Hopefully this will be rectified as when I pasted the link in the pdf - message said page was not available.

Since I don't have a computer science degree, I need simple instructions about how to delve into Adobe program files and install downloads. I've had not been successful in opening the presets from Magical Imagery. The company would be wise to simplify instructions and include step by step details about how to use the presets in PhotoShop for those of us who don't have LightRoom.

Disorganised jumbled up files. Nothing works and terrible communication. Don’t waste your money.

I just purchased their package including all presets. I only purchased these because it said on the website that they would work in ACR as I don’t use Lightroom. The download arrived and they are not compatible with ACR.
I posted a comment on their Facebook page just asking why they wouldn’t work. My comment appeared to be immediately removed.
They did send me a messenger message telling me to contact support but now I can no longer can post on that messenger chat.
It’s like they are trying to totally block me.
I did notice they told someone else to just download the xmp files, but these were not included in my download.
I reached out to their support page but have had no reply.
I put a review on their website but my review does not appear to have have been posted.
All I want is to get files that will work in ACR as they advertise.

This is totally unsatisfactory.

Update: 3 days later I did get an email with the xmp files which was great.
I still cannot understand why I appeared to be being blocked on facebook and messenger as I was not making negative comments only asking how to get my situation fixed.
Anyway, I'm happy that the situation was resolved.

I purchased the Photoshop Imaging Bundle and the download link email didn't arrive. I did receive the confirmation of purchase and so was able too email customer services about the issue.
I was contacted directly by Marlen who noted my issue and resolved it very promptly and without further issue.
The product was easy to load and works perfectly.
I would recommend the company to anyone and would ask them to bear in mind staffing constraints and time zone differentials.
Should people have issues loading the bundles, there are plenty of tutorials and tips online from other Adobe users.

I bought this for PC and mobile. Neither would download and no one responds to emails either. Also looking at some other reviews here, I'd say donot buy these. It's a scam.

These products have helped me so much in lot only creating more beautiful images, but speeding up my workflow as well. Highly recommend!!

The presets do not load easily into Lightroom on IPad IOS. Several supposedly different ones are actually identical. Several cannot be loaded into the Lightroom app at all. There is no way to "preview" each preset to know exactly what it is. I am disappointed, and cannot begin to recommend this. Don’t waste your money as I did.

I ordered the full package from Jake Olson Studios Magical Imagery: Masters class, computer filters, and iPhone filters. What I got was very strange and almost unreal, so I am assuming it is a scam at this point. I
received a very disorganized file download in which many files were not usable, not named appropriately, and very confusing. It was not a professional product in the least. Not all the filters in the description were in the file download, and most of the filters seemed like duplicates of themselves and not the professional filters promised in the ad. Specifically, the iPhone filters were the same filters included in the computer filters; therefore, you didn't have to purchase both. Also, the filters needed to be individually uploaded to a computer, and with 40 filters, it took me most of the day to perform. Since there were so many duplicated and unreadable files, it wasn't apparent to organize on my end. The "masterclass" was anything, but...it was a very unprofessional recording. I wrote to the company, and they partially refunded me with no other explanation. I wrote to them again, 2x, and asked for a full refund without receiving a response.
