Don’t bother ordering spare parts from here, I ordered genuine Honda parts for my bike on the 11th April and heard nothing so phoned on the 20th and was told some of the parts i ordered weren’t in stock despite showing that they were on the website, anyway, was asked to phone back in a weeks time so I did this and phoned on the 27th to still be told that everything was now in stock but they had a big back log to get through so I asked to cancel my order as by this time it was now 16 days since I paid for my parts, they then agreed to get my parts out as soon as they could and I finally recieved everything on the 28th, my order was all correct but no invoice which I would have really liked for the bikes service records…

HI , I took my 19 plate Africa twin back to honda for a simple rectification of a small issue . Honda maidstone didn't make any issues and dealt with the problem immediately and resolved the issue with no fuss.
I will definitely use this dealership again in the future .
My sailsperson was 'Will' who I would like to thank for his expertise.

Great to deal with when purchasing new vehicle, but a different story when selling or something they cannot be bothered with? They won't call you back at the best of times!!
But this seems to be the Laguna way!

Proper customer service I ride a suzuki and still try to use them when I can great staff great service 👌👌👌

Cannot rate Maidstone Honda enough. I called them asking about two fresh tyres, they replied quickly come down two days after my call and they will be fitted. The weather that day was awful, however I was greeted with friendly faces and offered a coffee.

That same day after I returned home I notice a nail in one of the new tyres!!! I called them two days later as they were shut the day before, explained the situation and said come down the morning I called.

Rushed down there for my puncture to be plugged quickly and FREE!!!! I cannot explain how much this was appreciated. Their customer service is on another level and could not recommend them enough.

Maidstone Honda have exceeded my expectations in every way! After an unfortunate accident, the whole team came together and pulled every string they could to get me back on 2 wheels. Amazing effort from the team today and fantastic customer care throughout. Thanks again guys! 👌

I have purchased two new bikes and a handful of accessories from this dealership. I have all my servicing and repair work carried out by them and have never been disappointed! For a main dealer, their prices are very competitive and the repairs/servicing team demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Bought a bike from Chris at Maidstone Honda and customer service was exceptional. I’m always reluctant going to dealerships and having to deal with the usual salesman tactics but have to say from start to finish it was a delight. Chris replied to emails promptly and called to give updates on the sale and servicing of the bike. Got a good deal and felt like they actually wanted to provide a good service rather than just get my money. I usually get my servicing done at p&h but would consider coming here because of the experience I had. Great dealership!

My Husband and I visited Maidstone Honda following a very helpful telephone call with Chris. I was looking for advise and help in planing my 40th Birthday year goal of obtaining my Category A motorbike licence & was looking to get my first 125cc motorbike to start my journey with.
Upon arriving we were greeted by 2 very friendly salespeople Mark & Chris who proceeded to spend the next hour + going through every aspect and option available to me fully answering every question I had and really making me feel valued.(I had found at a couple of other dealerships we had visited prior to this the sales person had ignored me just speaking with my husband )
The relaxed non pressurised environment, helpful, Knowledgeable & informative staff took me through everything and offered me a great deal on the Honda CB125F I had decided was the right starter motorbike for me.
Mark then helped me through all the paperwork clearly explaining the additional options open to me without pressurisation and the deal was done.
I had requested the bike delivered to me for my Birthday which Mark arranged for me through there delivery company. Mark kept us fully upto date with telephone calls on progress including the Registration details when allocated, delivery time slots what to expect etc it was great.
On the day of delivery the bike arrived in perfect condition, exactly on time with a full tank of fuel ready to go and Mark and the others at Maidstone Honda had added a lovely touch in attaching a Bow and Birthday Card for me to the bike!
I really cant thank and recommend Mark & Chris at Maidstone Honda enough and will definitely be going back when I look for my next bike.

I needed parts urgently fo my crosstourer, called, they had them instock, I paid and asked for them to be left outside as I wouldn't have made it to the store before closing. Steve Howard said he could do better than that and arranged to have them taken to my home within an hour. Service that is hard to beat. Thanks one and all at maidstone honda

Just brought a msx125 from the guys here. Fantastic experience all round! Dealt with Mark and he has been amazingly helpful from the get go. Really knowledgable and friendly chap. Would highly recommend this dealership!

I recently passed my CBT with their Honda school of motorcycling, which was brilliant! I then went to the shop for advice on a possible bike and appropriate clothing. I got a brilliant deal on a brand new bike plus loads of accessories. I also tried on every single outfit available and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the guys at Honda. I then had my service done, which was quick and easy to arrange and the bike came back cleaner than when it went. I cannot fault the service from start to finish. A special shout out to Brad for helping me to decide on the best accessories and booking my service and to Tom who fitted all my accessories and did my service.

Rushed through new bike purchase. So far good service.

Ordered a Fender extender, told prob next day delivery, week later phoning Honda to ask where it is, guy told me he would make enquires and get straight back to me, didn't.
I had to call back three more times, each time I was told they would get back to me, didn't,
Last phone call, guy said it had just arrived, best part of two weeks!!
Not bothered about the two weeks, covid ect, don't appreciate the "we'll get back to you" then not doing it,
Need a few other bits, won't be from them though, customer relations goes a long way.

Fantastic Service, value for money was very good on my service, they even gave it a clean which was nice. Looking forward to going back soon to get my new parts fitted.

got a good deal on a bike from this dealership but the aftersales is a total rip off £90 plus an hour to service a bike and take the exact time specified to do service even if it takes then less time
