My waxed jacket has come back refreshed and looking like new. The work is of a very high quality, it’s been well coated but isn’t sticky.

I have just received my Barbour jacket following re-wax by Mallin & Son and I’m really impressed by the service I received. The booking process was easy, the return of my jacket happened quickly and the work done is first class.
Highly recommended and their clothing is great too.

Following a quick Google search I came across Mallin & Son, their website explained the process, the delivery bag and label were received quickly, despatched my Belstaff Trailmaster, was notified the next day it had been received and the same day was notified it was finished. My Belstaff was returned less than 7 days of me sending it, very pleased with the result of the re-waxing. Fantastic customer service, would definitely recommend

As I lived close by Ryan said it wasn’t a problem dropping it off.
A week later it’s been returned by post looking fantastic.

Great experience all round. Easy to order the bag in which to post the jacket. Fast delivery of bag. Simple instructions. I posted it back. Received email to say it had arrived. Short turnaround time and another email to say it’s ready. Easy to pay. Jacket posted back. Looks fantastic; like new. The process could not have been more straightforward; the quality of the work could not have been better.

Excellent service all round. Great communication via email as I asked questions and checked progress etc. The actual rewaxing of my Belstaff was excellent … looks like new. Price was excellent value and this included cleaning some mildew off the jacket and tidying up the collar too. Highly recommend -will definitely use again.

Very prompt service from enquiry to postal bag arriving to repair and re-wax. Once they had done the work, I sent them the payment and the coat was back home looking superb. Highly recommended.

Vulpine Jacket back on the road!

Just got my British Millerain Vulpine Cycling Jacket back from Mallinandson - a lovely job with the waxing and they also tidied up the rather raggedy cuffs and collar. Really pleased with the work - the jacket is literally irreplaceable - it's not made any more!
