The team at Manning Stainton (Becky et al) were effective and efficient in securing a sale and processing it. Our move manager (Phoebe) kept us in touch with developments once we had a buyer. I never needed to nag or prompt. These things take time but MS reduced delays where possible. I would use them again.

What a traumatic experience manning Stanton mortgage advisors perfect but the solicitor appointed to me were just diar missed mortgage offer deadline twice ended up paying 0.5% more would still be going back and forth if it wasn't from our saviour Phoebe Penrose from manning Stainton she was appointed to us 6 months into this delemer and with in weeks she had it all sorted she made the solicitor get in touch and actually made them understand how much deposit and money required when and where kept us updated and copied in on all emails from the solicitors and lenders I do wish there were more people like Phoebe what a asset to the company a pleasure to deal with thank you

I was kept updated regularly with phone calls and emails. Phoebe was very helpful and often found out information quicker than my own solicitors. She was always friendly and helpful.

Thanks Sophie I have spoken to the branch but not sure I would have done without posting this. Unfortunately I feel as though we have wasted 5 months on something you only do once or twice in your life and wanted to make others aware as we haven’t felt like customers in the process.

We rented a property from Manning for a year, and even by estate agent standards they were abysmal.

We kept great care of the property we stayed in and never caused any issues/marks or wanted to make any changes, yet they treated us with disrespect throughout the entire tenancy.

The issues we raised at the start of the property rental were never fixed. We lived with cockroaches for a year, which they repeatedly put off doing anything about. We had a leak, which after it had already ruined the roof, they came to fix a week later which by then just left a massive brown stain. Then without warning, we received a letter saying we were getting evicted. They didn’t tell us the landlord was selling after one year of rental despite when came into the property saying they wanted long term tenants.

The positive reviews on here come from when you write anything negative publicly they fix the issue - only for them to go back to normal once review has been amended.

Very hard to reach out for repairs being a tenant. Unfortunately my property manager is not able to manage the property for months and he is trying to manage the property as per the wishes of the landlord not as per the law/ agreement. Under compelling circumstances I have to write this review.

Tyler was every proactive and responsive at every stage.

Super helpful and an accommodating even got me a viewing the same day for for one property. Young man named Tyler looked after me and has continued to stay away n contact with any properties that might be suitable for my needs.

Very average service, I report problems with the property and 16 months later I am still waiting for the repair to be done. They are definitely on the landlords side and neglectful of tenants.
