After meeting three different estate agents for valuations and quotes, Mantons were best for lowest commission and shortest contract tie in time. They marketed the property well and advertised on all platforms, arranged and attended all viewings even over the Christmas/New year period. We managed to secure a buyer within 2.5 weeks. We had a long conveyancing period but Mantons remained responsive, reassuring and supportive throughout that time.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new home through Mantons and I can truly say the experience from start to finish was commendable. Imogen my sales agent accompanied me on a number of viewing before the right home was found. Imogen made her updates regular and clear, navigating complexity from my side. It’s been a long journey but without Imogen and the teams support, I would have never got my dream home over the line.

My fence has been damaged by Manton's estate agents board contractor ( Agency express ).

They installed their sale board on fence post due to the heavy board my fence started to wobble.

After notifying this issue to Manton's estate agent from Feb- 2026 it has been told fence post was already loose and told they will not take any responsibility.

Fence has been changed recently and it was in good condition but the board contractor didn't want to fix it so they are ignoring saying post was like this before which is not true.

They would not been able to install the board in first place if the fence post was in good condition.

It is very disappointing after chasing for 3 months via e-mail and phone calls they are not fixing it just saying it was like that before which is not true.

My experience with Mantons was fantastic. The team are friendly, and knowledgeable. Imogen especially worked so hard during and after the sale of my property, helping liaise with the buyers, giving me updates when she said she would, which meant I trusted what she said and I had no doubt at all that Imogen would do what she said when she said which and at such a stressful time was very much needed and appreciated.
Any questions I had were always answered in a very timely manner.
Mantons were professional throughout my whole experience with them and I would not hesitate in using them again and recommend them to everyone.

I had a very good experience selling our late Mum's house via Manton's estate agents.
Rosina was the initial contact and came via a friend's recommendation. After the house was photographed and on the market, we dealt with Nicole until completion.
They were professional and dedicated throughout the entire process. They are a smaller family business, and this comes across as you feel part of it rather than just a 'number.'
They were also cheaper in terms of commission than the others we considered - this did not affect the service.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would happily use them again! Thanks!

Fantastic Estate Agency, all staff went out of their way with the sale of our property that was difficult for all sorts of reasons and all staff were really good at getting back to you if you left messages.
