Rented a U1 nearly a year ago that I've now bought, with a trade-in piano they took off me which was very easy to sort out. Very happy with the piano and its condition (50yo reconditioned) looks almost new! Great team and easy to get in contact with. Will be back when I want to upgrade.

It is well over a year since I bought a Yamaha U3 Piano from Mark and play it daily. The tone and tune are still excellent and what made it my choice. Mark has kept in touch right from the purchase and even sent a gift when one of my family bought a Yamaha U1. I would commend Mark for his consistent support to allcomers as well as family and friends.

We are delighted with Yamaha U1 piano. The Mark Goodwin team were extremely helpful in answering my questions before ordering, and in organising for delivery to coincide for my wife’s 40th birthday. The delivery team were courteous and efficient. We’ve all enjoyed playing the piano, which arrived looking immaculate.

I purchased a 1973 U3 from Mark and the team. I was not able to visit the showroom or to organise a demo. I just asked them to choose something they thought would suit the type of music I played. So it felt like a little bit of a risk not seeing or hearing it but I was so impressed by the online information and guides that I felt pretty confident. The piano arrived safely and was very carefully put in place. It looked brand new, not a single scratch of mark! It's a stunning piano. Unbelievable considering the age. It sounds amazing and I really happy with the choice they made for me. Very highly recommended.

I have never purchased a piano before and was very uncertain about making such a large purchase online. I liked the information and videos that l saw on Mark Godwin’s website which helped me to decide what type of piano to go for. l spoke to Julie, who was also very knowledgeable and helpful . When the piano arrived- l was blown away-the condition it was first class - it was show room condition not a scratch or defect and the quality of the sound was excellent too. Knowing what I was looking for, Mark made me an excellent offer. As I couldn't see the piano in person, Mark and the team sent videos and all the photos were of great quality.
About the piano: the instrument arrived on the date we agreed we agreed, in fantastic playing and aesthetic condition - straightforward as that - couldn't be happier.
About the team: Mark was incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process (and after). Patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed - such a lovely person to deal with. I am very thankful and I'll certainly buy from you again! Fantastic service in all aspects.
