Mark, Julie and Ollie were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions promptly and with great detail, opened the showroom on a Sunday to allow me to visit and even liaised with the previous owner of the piano to arrange for the original paperwork to be posted to me. Thank you so much.

I visited the showroom in Oldham with my daughter. We were given ample time to play and Ollie kindly played for us as well.

We were looking for a refurbished Yamaha upright piano and they had a really good choice at their showroom in Oldham. Julie was really friendly and helpful and we were able to afford a beautiful U3 thanks to the 0% finance offer. It was delivered within a week and our old piano was taken away in part exchange. The whole experience from start to finish was so stress-free and smooth; you can tell they really care about their customers as well as their pianos! Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent advice throughout the process, crucially helping to make the right choice in this important decision. Really good London show room, where one can book a session and test pianos undisturbed. The detailed guidance on the web (piano descriptions, explanations, stock listing) is extremely good and to a level that I have not seen elsewhere. Lifetime warranty and first free tuning are additional features that make MGP pianos and outstanding choice.

Totally stress free purchase - Mark was so helpful, offering me a choice of pianos, playing them for me and advising which one would suit the size of the room. From the moment I decided to buy the piano the attention and service was fantastic. The delivery and set up was amazing and Mark even offers a free tuning Overall a great service and a wonderful piano so if you are in the market for a piano you would not go wrong chatting to Mark and his team.

I have been using Mark Goodwin’s business for many years and have had a few students buy from him too. We recently purchased a U1 for Padiham Town Hall to create some art and music into Padiham. The council was so thrilled they even had a special meeting to arrange the delivery. The town hall was buzzing especially on delivery day. Guys were really good delivered with extreme care and attention to detail. Mark Goodwin is definitely the place to buy a piano if you want good attentive service before and after delivery.
