chocolate producer / money lender does not hold a banking license and it shows. Not very profitable in the mortgage market as they can not refinance in Euro.
Chaotic bookkeeping and thin cash flow.
Took over the mortgage book of Permanent TSB and are of the opinion they do not follow the terms and condition. They demand earlier monthly payments as legal required. Do not ! the mortgage has to be paid on the last working day of the month not earlier there cash flow problem is not our concern.

We went to the bells of St Mary for carvery it was absolutely disgusting the food had been under the counter lights that long every thing was dried up we sent them a email but the haven't got the decently to reply

We was with these bully's we came across kensington we never missed a payment but they was going to reposses our house we managed to get away from them would keep well away

I registered with Mascapital on June 23, 2023, and deposited USD 290.

However, Mascapital incorrectly set up my account for automatic trading, which led to the complete loss of my funds.

They promised trade copier setup, managed by experienced traders, but unfortunately, they did not fulfill that promise. They just sent apology email without any refund.

I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with Mascapital.

Why and how is this company allowed to operate with its bully boy tactics, why has the Irish government or FCA not stepped in here and confronted these people, allowing them to threaten householders with repossession if they do not clear arrears. Not interested in putting a plan in place just straight for the juggler, who is employed in these places as they should be held accountable for their poor attitude towards normal people.

This company are very serious unfortunately legal gangsters. The gov should close them down for good. An acc manager named Gavin Derby is the most arrogant threatening individual I have ever come across. This individual if you wanna call him that should be imprisoned. Sheer gangsters. Boycott them and pay them nothing. If we all stick together, 1000s of us, we can destroy them. Changing their name again to move around the financial world to disguise their criminality.

This company is just so incompetent, I am up to date with all my mortgage payments but they say I'm in arrears of nearly £400, wasted over half an hour talking to them on the phone and they still argued that I'm in arrears.
Finally they emailed me back a few minutes after our phone call to say my account is now up to date after speaking with his management.
Absolutely ridiculous company!!
Did not even apologise for their mistake, terrible customer service!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

I got involved as an Authorised Third Party trying to get a family member out of the clutches of this Company..... Mars Capital. They specialise in buying debt where the Mortgage holder is already struggling with payments and their asset have sufficient equity for ultimate repossession.

1) They don't send out strong worded letters advising you to make your payments or else. Instead, they sit back and allow the Mortgage holder, in this case, to accrue daily interest on an Interest Only Mortgage at ridiculously higher rates than a typical street high bank.

2) When you fail to keep up with the monthly payments, they increase the Mortgage Rate, making the monthly payment totally unsustainable. You become trapped, a Mortgage Prisoner.

3) The only time you'll really hear from them, is when they have made huge sums of interest on arrears and are about to take step to repossess your property.

Fortunately, I was able to help my family member redeem their mortgage.

I shall be reporting them to the FCA as they target vulnerable people already struggling for excessive profit.

This company make it up as they go along, I was fortunate to get out of their clutches within 3 months but they screwed up my credit rating, thankfully I am now mortgage free, wish I knew that Kensington was going to sell off my mortgage and I would have done things differently in the 12 months prior to get rid of it sooner

Awful company. Avoid at all costs

Total rip off merchants. Increased my rate by almost 4% why no one knows when most other lenders have there rates going down

Do anything to change from this company, I came accross from Kensington Mortgages, never had any problems with them. Then was passed to these cowboys, Interest rates have risen every month. I am in arrears for the first time. Struggling to keep my home. They provide inconsistent statements, inconsistent information and false information. Terrible company.

Why is it when all the main players in the mortgage industry are reducing interest rates this company whose customers are vulnerable insists on increasing their rates

Since these have taken over our mortgage account we are paying over £300 a month extra!!! It feels like they are trying to get us to the stage where we can't afford the repayments and have to give the house up in which we've lived for over 17 years!!! Every time a letter from them drops through the letterbox it think to myself is this the one we can't afford? I suffer with severe anxiety and depression plus other debilitating issues which means I can't work so I only have my benefits and my wifes pay as a carer so as you can imagine that we live from day to day and not the highlife. I know there are many, many others in the same predicament as me but I just hope they don't have this company, Mars Capitol, as their mortgage company!!!

Dreadful company. Don't ever go to them voluntarily. I will be complaining to the FSA shortly

These people brought my secured loan from IDEM 5 years ago, I have never ever missed a payment with them but I did miss 2 payments with IDEM I now only have 2 payments left with this company and they have now annihilated my credit saying I have missed my last 3 payments with them, they declined to answer my emails until I took it further, I complained to Equifax who are looking into it, keep away from this company at all costs

This company is nothing more than legal bandits. They charge a daily interest charge on interest only mortgages now tell me that's fair. An interest only mortgage that increases instead of staying the same overall balance wise. They are inconsiderate , have no empathy, time wasting fleecing creatures. I nearly lost my house with their time wasting and extra money demands. Do your utmost to get off their books if you are so unfortunate to be on them as they will rip your eyeballs out then stab you in the back afterwards. Avoid like the plague!!!

Shocking service received!!! Once we paid off the mortgage they wouldnt except the payment for nearly 2 weeks... then a further 3 weeks to contact the land registry... shocking customer service and rates too through the roof
