Marshalls Plc Reviews 

We have and continue to have a dreadful experience with Stonemarket a dvision of Marshalls. We ordered 5 pallets of elemental paviours with a confirmed delivery of 3 to 5 days. Suffice to say never arrived. Following expediting by our landscaper a part delivery was due on Friday but upon arrival the pallet was rotten and could not be offloaded. The full delivery was then promised for 14 May , we were even given the vehicle tracking reference. Nothing arrived and following further chasing and despite the promises we are now being advised that the product is not even in the country and wont be until mid June !. We have no driveway as it had been dug up in readiness for the promised delivery. The service and reliability is the worst I have ever experienced absolutely shocking.
21 May - it gets even worse if that is possible. In light of the failures set out above Marshalls agreed to supply some cheap paviours to tide us over whilst we waited for the overdue correct items to arrive. They were due to arrive today....but yet again they have not been delivered. You seriously could not make this up its utterly appalling !!! there is something fundamentally broken at Stonemarket.

I have Ordered twice from this company , placing the order was easy and the sales staff were always very helpful.
The delivery service was not good , on both occasions I was given a deliver date , about 7-10 days . Order never arrived so I had to call the office to find out what happened. got told that they had been knocked off the load for that date , no phone call or another day planned . I was not happy as I had arranged for the builder to finish off the job. the first order was fee delivery as it was for thousands of pounds . The second delivery I was charged £90 as it was only for a few hundred pounds. after my phone call it was delivered in 2 days . They need to sort this problem out, I would be reluctant to use them again

Not cheap delivery charge so why not make an effort to deliver on time???

Great product and sales support excellent

Excellent website full of useful technical information and visualisations of the various products. It was simple to order the paving and arrange the delivery. And the delivery driver was a genius. He managed to make the delivery and get his large truck and trailer back on the road despite the fact that part of our road was closed for resurfacing. It makes such a difference when the one person in the company that you deal with face to face is skilled, calm and a pleasure to work with.

Good selection of materials, easy to navigate website, delivery was as scheduled. Quality materials & fair price.

Accurate delivery time

Despite ordering slabs that are the same as the ones the developer laid, (we have a newly built house) the new slabs are a different colour entirely! This is extremely disappointing having paid a landscaper many thousands of pounds to increase the size of our patio. We have been left out of pocket and thoroughly disappointed in the end result.

Fantastic product. You would have had 5 stars but the only contact I had with you was initiated by me.

I purchased 24 Pefecta Natural 450 x 450 x 35mm via a supplier 'LSD'. LSD were advertising split packs straight form marshalls, hence why i purchased form them due to not needing another pack of 60. A week later and no slabs, so i contacted my supplier to be told that Marshalls had stopped doing split packs and hadnt let them know, meaning i had to buy another full pack of 60 (which is an utter waste of resources and money!) or continue with only half my garden paved. Marshalls have caused this issue by not communicating with their approved suppliers - yet refuse to sort it. It cant be difficult to send me 24 slabs, surely?? Im in my right mind to tell Marshalls to come pick up the original 60 that have been laid and refund me because at this point I may as well go get some other slabs!

Easy to order and get delivery date.

Easy delivery at a convenient time. Driver placed my order exactly where I asked him to . Excellent communication beforehand . Was a couple of blocks missing and a couple broken though

Very helpful on the phone, but I found that I would have been able to get their blocks cheaper from a builders merchant. Therefore with that knowledge why would you use them, other than to increase the profit made on each pallet.

We were given a time slot for delivery. The friendly driver was punctual. The delivery went smoothly and the pallets were placed on the driveway. The quality of the Arrento Encore Platinum porcelain paving slabs is excellent.

It was frustrating that a glitch in your online ordering system would not accept my card details, so I had to phone next day (same card details then accepted). Delivery experience on time with a courteous and helpful driver.

I have ordered from Marshals previously and they have kept up the same quality standard of products and delivery. Will always recommend them.

Excellent service, product received in good condition, appropriately packaged, a week earlier than date quoted when ordering on line. A very welcome surprise!
