Lovely bracelets but very disappointed…
Lovely bracelets but very disappointed with the free gift box it's just a small cheap cardboard box makes the gifts look so cheap & nasty.

Poor design earings
Ordering was simple, both pairs of earrings arrived promptly. The rose gold button drop are lovely but the silver gradient threader earrings are not good. The wire to go through ears is very soft and due to the angle of getting the in the wire has bent and they are now unwearable. Such a shame as everything else u have had has been good.

I purchased earrings they broke on first wear contacted Martha Jackson jewellery & had no response. I'd leave a no star review if I could. Buyer beware!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Ordered a pair of earrings and a bracelet. Also wanted to buy a spare pair of butterfly backs but couldn't find these on the website. Added a note to my order asking if they sold them could they let me know and they added a pair in for free. Can't fault Martha Jackson - jewellery is really good quality, great value (particularly compared to many other companies) and the service is excellent.

Variable Quality
Ordered 2 pairs of silver earrings. One I was happy with, the other was a pair of hooped earrings that were quite flimsy and the back fitting was so stiff that the hoop became misshapen as I battled to open / close it.
They weren’t cheap @ £50 for the 2 pairs.
I messaged them on FB, and basically the reply was “ Thanks for letting us know “ ! Will not buy from them again.
Update - the firm did answer my complaint, and I was given a refund for the earrings.
Therefore I have added one more star to my review.

Drop amethyst earrings
I ordered a pair of amethyst drop earrings for my daughters birthday.
They arrived the day after I ordered them and I wasn't disappointed.
They are beautiful, well made, delicate and not too big. Shame they don't seem to do a matching necklace. I couldn't find one on the website when I looked.

2 out of 3 pairs of earrings broke within a few weeks
The jewellery looks very nice. But unfortunately it is way below the quality level it should be. Bought 3 pairs of silver sterling earrings (£20 each). 2 of the 3 pairs broke, one pair at 2 weeks old, one pair at 6 weeks old. And because of their returns policy (you cannot return worn earrings, even if they have broken) we have wasted all that money and no chance of a refund.
So cannot recommend them. I hope they improve their quality and also improve their returns scheme.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in quality of workmanship of my earrings. Given that ear-hooks & jewel settings are most probably factory made, the only craftmanship required was to set the stone: after wearing 11 times one stone fell out. Swapped for new no problem - a few weeks later the other stone fell out. Had similar from other sources that have lasted years. Was a gift, so unwilling to let gifter know, as embarrassing for her.
