Got in on a deal for ps plus membership. Had my electronic code within 24 hours of my purchase. The site is a little confusing on how purchases actually work, but I got what I wanted at a great price.

I placed an order for a Nintendo Switch on massgenie.com on 6/25 today is July 8 and the item is still not here.
i had to call Mass genie because order was "pending" for almost a week. after that, seller printed a label on July 1st with an estimated delivery of July 8th. today is July 8th and tracking number that seller just gave FEDEX the package today. My son has been waiting all this time and I dont know if he will ever get this one.
I don't even know if seller will send the right item or its just a scam and killing time.

Step by step. It was well worth it!
Says my power deal didn't go through..... Great. Trying to figure it out now. Will update was I find out what happened.....
Edit: 3 stars. Talked with customer service on chat, they helped fast to confirm that it went through. The website said I didn't "win" but I just got an email that said congratulations! Now I'm awaiting the 24-48hr period.
Edit: 5 stars! Wow! So fast! Literally after reading everything I was worried! But it was super quick! Definitely a good experience!
