I had a really good experience at MB…
I had a really good experience at MB Motors Rugeley, from start to finish.
Hannah the service advisor was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional she kept me updated on the car's repair and the final cost was reasonable considering the amount of work that was carried out.
They provide a a really good service plan to help with the cost.
The new facilities are lovely, nice comfortable waiting area where you can watch the work being done. They also provide hot/cold drinks.
I would highly recommend them.

Booked in for 2 new tyres
Booked in for 2 new tyres . Whilst there asked if they could check a rear tyre for a slow puncture and to check my battery . They did this for me and as they could find anything wrong with the rear tyre they changed the valve to be on the safe side . Mb motors always go above and beyond and all the staff are so helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. I really wouldn't go anywhere else
