Hardly ever answer the phone, don't keep you updated on progress. Can't see why people rate them so highly, can only assume they've been lucky enough to have everything go smoothly and have simple, routine work done. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone. So disappointed in the lack of service and difficulty getting through to anyone on the phone.

I definitely agree with the customer reviews, this is genuine service, similar to what I’ve had from my Mercedes Benz dealer, but the price is about half of what the main dealer charges. Everything is straightforward, which I really like no hidden surprises.
The customer service was excellent, and the lady was really helpful with a lovely smile. I will definitely come back for my car service. I’m very impressed with everything.

T5 went in for gearbox rebuild. Clutch fly wheel replacement. Plus other serviceable repairs identified during their check.
Whole experience was very professional, transparent, and communication was second to none.
