Never used you before, despite living in the area for 25 years and frequently visiting Screwfix, I didn't even know you existed!
Very impressed with first visit simply for an AC check and charge. From a glace into the work area, it looked as if you could eat your lunch off the floor - very impressive.

Not the cheapest but good service
The staff were great, very helpful and welcoming. The premises were very clean and organised, which gives you confidence. If I haven’t given five stars it’s because there were items on the ‘red critical’ list that I don’t feel are critical issues and were more suggestions (coolant flush and new tyre inflator can for example). This made the initial quote worryingly high.

Our digital vehicle health check highlights items according to their condition, service requirements or expiry status. For example, coolant may be flagged because it is overdue or its protection level has deteriorated, while an expired tyre-inflator can may be unreliable when needed at the roadside. We appreciate, however, that the “red critical” classification can make the initial quotation appear concerning when some items are preventative recommendations rather than immediate mechanical failures.
All quotations are itemised and no additional work is completed without the customer’s authorisation. We appreciate you raising this and will review how these recommendations are categorised and explained, so the difference between urgent safety repairs, overdue maintenance and advisory items is clearer.

Excellent experience with MB MOTORS
First time I used MB MOTORS. Found the process a little unsettling as there was no tut-tutting and shaking of head of garages in the past, or the two hour wait to see somebody at a dealership. Went in to discuss what I needed. MB MOTORS identified the problem and sent me a quote. I approved the quote. MB MOTOR's soon contacted me for a date take the car in. Taking the car in was an easy process and the job was completed quickly with no fapping and the prices was as per the quote.
The staff were helpful and friendly. I was delighted with the service and the company overall.

Fixing Electric Cars
The staff are very polite and the technicians know their job, especially on electric vehicles. I was told my car was irreparable but MB Motors fixed it. It is like a new car.
