MB motors bad communication
Went to mb motors to get a quote for a small bit of welding on my car the staff were very friendly and said they would get back to me with a quote. After a few days I called back to ask if I could get the quote and they said that the guy was busy and would get back to me ASAP. A week later I called again as I still hadn't heard anything, they said they would chase it and get back to me. It is now the following day and I have taken the car elsewhere and have already been quoted and booked in, i feel like this garage would be pretty good too if they got back to you.

Very clean & open workshop, lots of detailed feedback with photos taken of the vehicle. They didn’t try to push any work just provided options and quotes via email. Staff were helpful and polite. Would recommend.

Great friendly experience. Car needed some work for the MOT. Advised on work beforehand and carried out work as soon as parts arrived. Car was cleaned prior to mr collecting which was a nice extra. First time using and won’t be my last.
