After several months of researching the entire home sauna market, we decided on the Medical Sauna 4. The final deciding factor was the full spectrum infra red. We just purchased and received our Medical Sauna 4 for our master bath remodel project. The delivery driver, Guy, was courteous, professional and extremely helpful during the delivery. We are grateful for all of the communication and expediting assistance we received from Medical Sauna's dispatcher, Mark. The sauna has been assembled & installed by our contractor. The sauna assembly was very quick & simple. We are extremely impressed by the quality & appearance of the unit. Unfortunately, we will be unable to begin using it until the master bath remodel is completed in late June. We are recommending Medical Sauna to our family members & friends who are now considering adding their own home saunas.

Edwin Williams delivered our chair and couldn't have been nicer! Not only was he very professional, and treated our chair as if it were his own, but he was very engaging, kind, considerate and dedicated. This chair is not light, by any means, but he clearly knew what he was doing and is a stellar example of what quality service is all about. Mark Glenn, their custom sauna designer is amazing. He’s the man. He knows saunas. He can make anything you want. I had originally ordered a nature8+ but it arrived and was not the color and wood material that I expected or had seen on their website. Carlos reached out and suggested some solutions but I was not happy with the suggestions. Luckily and ultimately they are going to change it to a custom sauna and that’s when Mark Glenn got involved. He has changed the entire customer experience. I highly recommend working with Mark to create your dream custom Sauna. He is extremely knowledgeable. He is beyond responsive. He is flexible and will do whatever the customer wants. I am now looking very forward to the arrival of this new replacement.

We’ve had our sauna for three months and have used it every day since installation. A team of three from Medical Saunas came to the house for the installation and it was an easy, pleasant experience. The team answered all my questions and made sure that I was well versed in the operations of the sauna.
The sauna is sturdy, high quality and beautiful. The heat really promotes relaxation and detoxification. We opted for both the red-light therapy option as well as the steam option (used separately, of course), and it’s better than a hotel spa as we have complete control of our experience. We look forward to the sauna every day and we’ve even installed a TV in the sauna for those long sweaty sessions! We’re so happy that we’d be glad to speak with any potential customers who are still on the fence about buying.

I've been using my Medical 4 Sauna for the past month and am extremely satisfied with the purchasing process, receiving logistics, and education I received from the staff. I had a lot of questions. The team at Medical Sauna actually FaceTimed me to show me the system and was able to answer all my questions. The assembly only took me 45 minutes to assemble and I have already been seeing the health benefits from using my Medical 4 Sauna. I use the sauna around 4-5 times a week for 20 minutes. The sauna heats up quickly and I really enjoy listing to classical music during my sessions on the built in blue tooth stereo system. The Chromatic Therapy system is definitely a plus! I have more energy, less stress, less inflammation in my joints (no more pain), and feel much more healthier. I highly recommend this full spectrum infrared Medical 4 Sauna!

A big thank you to Jorge for taking the time to help me with the powerbox. We used it for 4 years with no problem but one day the sauna just didn't turn on. After 10 minutes on the phone, he diagnose it and sent us a new powerbox. We were able to facetime him and put the new one in an hour. Once it was on, it started working like new.
