We loved working with Dora!
We loved working with Dora! Our new Medical 5 sauna incredible, and we use it every day. It heats up to 130°F in just 0 minute and reaches 145°F within an hour. The clear hemlock finish is beautiful. It looks so natural. Delivery was 7 days, and well-coordinated. Shipping company laced it in the garage, and the installer came and installed it in our office. After work is over, we can't wait to get in the sauna.

Incredibly Knowledgabe.
The team at MedicalSaunas is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we got the sauna that was just right for us. Seth, in particular, was incredibly patient and a pleasure to work with. He took his time and showed me how to use every button on the sauna. I called a few times because I forgot how to use it and he's always there to help.

The service at Medical Sauna is…
The service at Medical Sauna is outstanding! Assembling the sauna was straightforward. I did everything myself. The only thing I needed help with was the ceiling. You just need a second person to help you lift or you use a table or furniture to hold one end up. The instructions provided were easy to follow. The sauna itself gets very hot, I had to lower the temperature. I also bought the tablet to use in the sauna, heard about it through a friend. I can listen to a podcast in the sauna.

It rains a lot in Seattle
It rains a lot in Seattle. The last sauna we bought had several leaks so it's good to get the right sauna. You'll spend more money on fixing it. We bought the Nature 8 Plus, it's been through 3 years of rain and no leaks. The only problem was one of the heater broke, and replacing it was a breeze. 4 Screws, removed the bulb and put a new one on. Make sure you buy from the right company.
Great customer service, always there when we need.

I used to use the sauna at the gym but…
I used to use the sauna at the gym but after I saw how dirty it gets I decided to get one at home. Love the Medical 6 sauna. My friend's sauna takes an hour to get to 120 degrees, this one gets hot in 15 minutes and I dripping sweat. I feel so much better everyday.
