The nurse listened to everything I was…
The nurse listened to everything I was telling her. She was very polite, professional and also advised me to look into where the company can help with the physio so to that I am not out of pocket.

"The clinician was very professional…My regular Occupational Health referral.
"The clinician was very professional and her written was accurate. She clearly detailed the facts about my leg knee injury and accurately listed the symptoms that affect my ability to stand, use stairs, do observations fast, travel with patients, participates in restraints. However, because the clinicians spoke very quickly, it was a bit difficult to follow at times- especially since I am currently experiencing anxiety due to my injury. While the outcome and report were good, it would be helpful if clinicians slowed down slightly during assessments to support patients who are feelings anxious or overwhelmed.
