They focused on how my health affects me as an individual rather than on the whole , they listened and when they asked a question they seem to pick up on things I wouldn’t of thought about , but all very relevant to my condition and work capability.

Booking could be improved, assessment itself was fine
Some initial struggle to book/change appointment time but appointment itself was fine.
The person doing my assessment was polite and explained anything I had questions about. The assessment wasn't too long.
