The man I spoke to was supportive and helpful and clearly had a good understanding of the underlying reason I had been referred. Explained my options clearly and sent the report detailing the outcome of our conversation extremely quickly.

Very good assessment
This time i had a very competent medical professional - first time since August 2024. I felt heard and understood. The assessment was thorough and the person was well informed/ knowledgeable, empathetic and didn't rush things.
previously i felt like I could have been speaking to a utilities company advisor for all the knowledge they had!
