After a very full on and stressful week Brandon took all that away when he visited my father in law in Cubbington today . We always use Mediquip for our anaesthetic circuit services. Stuart and the team are always helpful with advise over the phone and in person if we have a problem with a machine. Would highly recommend this company.

Truly truly outstanding in all areas. A lady called Pauline behaved way way above and beyond her call of duty. She was exemplary and Mediquip you are lucky to have this lady. The best example of Customer Service I have ever encountered.
Trustpilot may I make a suggestion. If I could give this Organisation 10 stars I would. How about in special circumstances after giving the maximum 5 stars, there is a feature that can be used very sparingly and that for example is say once every 6 months and that is 1 Gold Star to really reinforce how special a company is. As I said it must be used sparingly therefore the tight guidelines. I would award this Company the Gold star. It sets a Company ahead of the pack and lets your Company know how special this accolade is.

had 2 home visits from Mediquip to my brothers house The service was second to none , both times the men delivering, were professional , very helpful , courteous and most of all understanding . It isnt often this day and age companies will go the extra mile , but these 2 men did. I have spoken many times on the phone to the staff, again so helpful and professional. After searching for replacement filters for my nebuliser (discontinued by the manufacturer), I was excited to find that Mediquip had them in stock. I placed my order, which arrived in 2 days - much faster than expected and before Christmas- a huge relief! This was my first order with Mediquip, and I'm thrilled with the customer service - thank you!

Just had a pre op delivery, was a little later than time stated. Customer service was easy to contact, no long waiting time. Received a text when driver was near by. Diver Paul apologies for being a little late. Nice manner, left a lasting pleasent impression. My experience was good and equipment delivered in excellent condition. Thanks

Really good company, always there at the end of the phone if you need a query answered or to advise with the odd tweak of a knob.
Stuart is friendly and thorough in his work servicing our equipment, and is mindful of working around us when we are busy. Having made bespoke anaesthetic machines for the veterinary practice where I work, the machines are well made and feature extra shelving for storage.
I would not hesitate to recommend mediquip to anyone.
