We ordered a stethoscope and case for our granddaughter who is off to uni to train as a paramedic. The items arrived when they said they would and we also asked for it to be engraved. When it arrived we were so happy - the product was exactly as described and the engraving was beautiful. We now have one extremely happy granddaughter.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality product and excellent service

We unfortunately cannot keep all colours and sizes of every uniform item in stock at all times (even the actual manufacturers do not have immediate availability of every different style, colour and size)
Many products do not sell in large volumes, so we order them on demand for customers (this is entirely normal, and many medical supplies distributors have this option).
We clearly list what uniforms are stocked and which ones are special order- we also clearly list lead times, and this then allows customers to either place an order and wait for it to arrive, or they can order elsewhere.

Terrible service
Terrible service! I tried to cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Website said next day delivery, but order confirmation said about 10 days later. They wouldn’t cancel despite the fact it took another 4 days to dispatch. 13 days later, still waiting! The product I ordered I later found for a third of the price with genuine next day delivery. Medisave take your money and hold it!

Your order was placed on Sunday 30th August at 11.24am.
You chose the Standard Delivery option which advised an estimated delivery date of "on or before Tuesday 8th September (slightly longer than our normal standard delivery service estimate, due to the Bank Holiday on Monday 31st August- couriers do not operate on this day).
You then emailed us on Monday 31st August (over 24 hours after the order was placed) to query why the order was not processed with next day delivery.
The website does advise that next day delivery is available- but the customer has to actually choose next day delivery during the checkout process.
The website does not default to next day delivery, as not every customer wants next day delivery.
Regarding the ability to cancel an order- there is a 30 minute window after placing an order that allows you to log into your account to cancel the order.
After this has expired, the order is sent to the Warehouse for processing.
It is standard practice to not allow order cancellation once the order has been sent to the Warehouse for processing. It is not unique to Medisave UK- all leading retailers have this policy.
As advised- if you cancelled your order within the 30 minute window, this order would have automatically been cancelled.
