Does not do what they promise
We ordered the wrong size fridge and needed a return.
This was agreed weeks ago and despite numerous promises, emails and reassurances we still have an uncollected fridge obstructing our reception area.
I would not recommend

Proud Father.
This was a graduation present for my daughter who recently became a midwife.
She had picked this stethoscope herself due to its quality but having it engraved made it very special.

We feel it is a bit unfair to call it a "slow delivery" when it arrived well within the advertised time frame?
Your order was placed on the evening of Tuesday 11th August.
As the order was over £35 excluding VAT, your order qualified for free delivery and this is the delivery service that you chose.
The free delivery service is listed as a within 5 working day delivery time, so the order should have arrived on or before Wednesday 19th August.
Having checked the tracking, the order actually arrived on Monday 17th August.
Also- we have the option of a within 3 working day delivery service for just £1.99 when the order value is over £35 excluding VAT- so this could be an option if you would like a faster delivery time.

Medisave and Roche were great
I had to return an INRange machine due to it dying after 6 months. Both the retailer ( Medisave) and Roche were fabulous. Roche provide a return envelope and replaced the machine extremely quickly. They were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Well done guys.
