i did not want to have a signature…
i did not want to have a signature required for my package. now i will have to go on my 1 day off per week and wait in line at the post office. EDIT: my order was a small part. it is a stethoscope tag that I purchased for $12. it is absurd to require a signature for this.

John, I apologize for the trouble with your package. We do require a signature for all of our orders (with the exception of small parts). This is the best way for us to account for the transport and delivery of these valuable medical devices. Even with this we are seeing an increase in delivery exceptions - especially with USPS. That said, we do have a number of options available for customers like yourself for whom standard USPS delivery many not be ideal. FedEx offers numerous pick up locations that include many Walgreens Pharmacies with 24 hour service.

System Error + Unprofessional Customer Service
System was not working properly when trying to order unit even though the attempt was made on numerous devices. Then the order submitted twice after almost 48 hours later, which on the website states orders received by a certain time will be shipped within the same business day confirming the system error. Another reason I could tell the order “didn’t” go through properly was that the cart never emptied. I received an email notice from Robert Kaiser after still not knowing the order had gone through asking about the duplicate orders which caught me by surprise and at first I was thankful for but quickly turned out to be unprofessional with the way he handled the situation after I explained with respect I no longer needed the orders because I had bought the unit elsewhere due to not ever receiving confirmation of the order and time sensitive matter. Not once an apology was offered and basically was told to deal with it. Now I’ve got two stethoscopes and only one set of ears.

Again, I apologize for the issue with your order. It is always hard for us to know why issues like this (thankfully rare) happen. We did chat about the initial issues you had placing the order. At that time, there were no orders in our system. Two orders were generated and our Engraving Team did catch the duplicates. We canceled one and processed the other and I did email you directly. It was only after the stethoscope had been engraved that you responded with the request to cancel. Most customers are delighted to hear that we caught a duplicate before the order is engraved and can not be returned to regular stock.

Site is easy to order from. Product with engraving is great! Shipping time was fast.

i purchased the infant stethoscope and had it engraved with my name on it. My stethoscope arrived in perfect condition and the engraving on it looks wonderful! It is so much more personalized and I am already that much more attached to it!
