Medisave customer service is TERRIBLE. I paid extra for expedited shipping (stethoscope was a gift for someone starting medical school, was to be given at a special event). It did not arrive when estimated - actually, TEN days after the estimated delivery!
I called the company during their business hours on the East Coast, only to be on hold for a while, being told I was the next person in line, then the machine hanging up on me telling me they had too many calls. They recommended “live chat“. It is absolutely not live – people email you back 1 to 2 days later. And the “live chat bot” asks the same questions several times.
I called the company back on another workday, and left a message. They never returned my call. I had multiple emails with the “live chat“ person, demanding the extra money I spent for “expedited” shipping, and they basically told me it was not their fault.
So, I’m very dissatisfied with Medisave. Horrible customer service.
Update: There was a couple days of delay in shipping, but order arrived in a timely manner! Edit: Previous review had an error.. was looking at wrong order date!

The product is great and the customer service agent I spoke with was great....BUT....I paid extra to have the product delivered by 4/18 (as a gift to an employee who is moving on) and it never showed up on the 18th - and no notice of this was given. I had to call and get the information. THen the representative was very helpful in locating the order and expediting its delivery. There should have been better communication from the outset.

False advertising all around. I ordered on a Wednesday with engraving because they advertised “no delay” engraving. Then when I went to check out, I was offered the chance for speedier delivery with 2 day delivery option for an extra $14-ish with delivery date of the next Tuesday. Well, they didn’t finish the engraving until Friday and said they missed the window to ship it out until Monday. At that point I asked for a refund on the $14 I paid in shipping given that they couldn’t deliver on it on their end. They said shipping was just an estimate and refused to refund me. The estimated delivery on this “2 day” shipping was Thursday. Well, today is Thursday and based on the last tracking update, it’s somewhere in the USPS system after it arrived somewhere in Connecticut. I would have opted for a different online seller has I known their “no delay” engraving and 2 day shipping meant absolutely nothing.

Did not receive the item I requested. Was left with no support due to a delay in reporting that I hadn't received it. Would not recommend if you cannot guarantee that you will be able to sign for your package. Down 200 pounds and nothing to show for it. Really unhelpful customer support.

I tried to order an engraved stethoscope last week as a Christmas gift and it says on their website order will be shipped out within 24 hours and the item was supposed to arrive before Christmas. Fast forward to today and they said my order wasn’t even processed yet and that they are doing orders for expedited shipping first, so basically I got bumped to the end of the line and probably wouldn’t have been even shipped until next week. Their website states they will inform you if there are any delays which they did not obviously and the manager simply said “we’re too busy to contact everyone.” They then offered to ship it out today but with standard shipping it wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas now and then tried extorting additional money from me to have me pay for expedited shipping since they couldn’t have it “eat into their profits.” It seems like a great way to extort additional money from customers around the holiday by saying they can’t guarantee their 24 hour ship time despite advertising it on their website and then not informing customers of any delays, and then extorting them for additional shipping costs.
Anyways just an FYI in case anyone is thinking about ordering anything from medisave.net, think twice and choose another authorized littman dealer! I just reordered with mystethescope.com and they are shipping out the next morning!

I ordered an Eko Duo Stethoscope that was advertised as coming with a free case and pictured on the website with a custom hard case designed for the Eko. My order came reasonably fast, but without the case. When I reached out, the customer service reply was quick and they were helpful, responding that I had simply not put the free case in the shopping cart. So they promptly sent me one at no cost. However, the case that arrived is a universal hard case for the majority of Littmann stethoscopes. The cut out molding for the Eko doesn't fit it and is not what is shown on their website. When I contacted them again, they replied that the Eko case is no longer available. I requested to return the case and get a partial refund for the $37+ it will cost me to order the correct case from Amazon. Their reply was that they don't "refund free cases" and nothing more. I purchased from Medisave primarily because of the free case, but it's not of use to me. The stethoscope components don't fit the mold and therefore are not secure from falling out or accidentally activating the on-switch to the digital device. I'm very disappointed that they rely on customers to suggest solutions and even though it doesn't seem intentional, the deceptive advertising wasn't rectified with an updated photo and they wouldn't assist with a solution to get me the correct hard case. Nothing is "free". If it's advertised as coming with the order, it's not a gift, but an expected component of the order that should be as described or it's otherwise it's pointless to purchase it.
**UPDATE, I did end up speaking with the company and they explained that the cases they had advertised were no longer available for them. They sent me another stethoscope case at no cost. Although it too does not fit the molding of the exact model, I really appreciated the effort and I can always use another equipment case. I originally rated my experience as a 2 star, but am increasing it to 4 stars. I only asked that they update their photos of the case or make a note that it's not the correct case for the Eko because I had to find it from a 3rd party online.

I needed to replace my stethoscope in a short amount of time as I moved and my household goods aren’t going to be delivered for some time. I ordered a stethoscope, and it arrived early, but I realized I had ordered the wrong one. I spoke to Rob on the phone who was incredibly helpful in combining an order for the correct stethoscope and ear tips that I had ordered separately. Both arrived early again, and I am incredibly pleased with the service and the items. I will recommend this site to my friends and colleagues.

Terrible customer service. I bought the digital core stethoscope and made the mistake of getting a free engraving. I didn’t like the acoustics of the stethoscope, but because I got the free personal engraving, they would not take it back, even though I was willing to pay to have the engraving removed. What a scam!
