I ordered on November 26, and you provided an estimated delivery of December 6. On December 6, I got a notification from UPS that they are awaiting the package from you. Clearly, you needed ten days (at least a full business week, even ignoring the days around Thanksgiving) to process my order. I could understand the fact that I’m not going to have a birthday gift in hand, had you bothered to clearly communicate your delivery estimate. But I chose to order from you rather than Amazon, which promised delivery overnight, because I believe in supporting other-than-Amazon business whenever possible. Truly disappointed in your service and the response from your associate, who responded, when I inquired, “There is no guaranteed time in transit with UPS Ground. You can, however, get updates directly from UPS with that tracking number starting this evening.” As though this planning error is on me, rather than your company.

Quick delivery and good price.

It took about a week.They have many colors also a large selection of stethoscopes. I was hesitant at first but I’m glad I ordered. It was a good price free reliable shipping and it’s so pretty! I also got it engraved!

I ordered the littman cardio IV, glad this website wasn't a scam but their delivery was subpar. Shipment was delayed and when it finally got here they didn't bother to put bubble wrap or any protective stuffing inside. When I open the delivery box, the item was halfway out it's own box. The item's box had some damages to it. For a fragile medical equipment it wasn't handled correctly.

I got Cherokee unisex scrub pants for a fraction of the price most charge. They are the same high quality pants I am used to and they cost so much less! Plus they got here way faster than from most places!

Experiencia lamentable. Efectivamente parece una empresa poco Seria. Estaba previsto recibir el Fonendoscopio el día 30/09/2024.
Todavía no ha llegado a día 21/10/2024 y tras varios correos pidiendo explicaciones no hemos tenido respuesta. También hemos solicitado que nos devuelvan el dinero y no han dado respuesta alguna.

Needed to alter my order for faster delivery and customer service is amazing! It was quick to connect over the phone and they also replied my emails quickly, 5/5, don't hesitate to call/email them if you have questions.

I was a little scared to order from here as many places are a scam now but I took the risk because of great reviews and I’m glad I did! It said my stethoscope was on back order, but still received so fast. I love it!

Highly recommended to buy your Littmann stethoscope from medisave. I have ordered many stethoscopes for my colleges and they are extremely satisfied with it. Every orders come on time. It’s a great company!

The Stethoscopes are original and came in perfect condition.

I purchased a stethoscope through Medisave and used the shop app to place the order as I had some coupons. I selected the add engraving option and was given no place to add what I’d like engraved. I reached out to customer service Saturday during non business hours and heard back promptly Monday morning. They were able to assist me and shipped the stethoscope quickly. I’m very happy with the product I received as well as the company as they are incredibly efficient. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market for a stethoscope.
