Having used a different company previously, who had extortionate rates and a terrible service, Message Direct has been a breath of fresh air. All onboarding staff, Sophie, Ellen, Jo, Claudia, were extremely helpful every step of the way. The PA's who answer the calls have clearly been trained to a high standard, as they have always attained the appropriate information before passing a call on.
