Hi Pete – thank you for getting in touch with us. Yes, unfortunately the litigation process can be slow-moving. The progress of claims such as this are ultimately subject to the Court process and a range of other factors which can affect the overall duration of the case.
Many of our diesel emissions claims are large and complex cases involving many thousands of claimants. These cases remain ongoing, which means that no clients have yet received a final outcome. Please be assured that we are making progress and believe we will get there in the end. We will continue to update you in our periodic emails on the progress of your claim.

Hi Ciara - The claim against Valve has been brought because our seasoned economic experts and experienced competition lawyers believe that the commissions and restrictions imposed on developers are anti-competitive and have caused increased prices for PC games and add-on content. This would constitute a breach of competition law if it is established that Valve has abused its position of dominance in the PC games market. We are hopeful that a successful claim against Valve will result in the payment of compensation to the gamers affected, encourage Valve and similar companies to not engage in anti-competitive conduct, and lead to more competitive prices in the PC games market. The claims are presented to the Competition Appeal Tribunal for a thorough review of the practices and follow similar claims ahead of this one against Sony, Google, and Apple.
