Neil know’s his shoes, My husband struggles to find walking shoes to fit and that are comfortable. Neil spent time listening to his requirements and brought a selection of shoes through for him to try on. All the staff were so helpful, from the young lady on the till to the man that retrieved my lost property. I came to return an item and the refund was done quickly and efficiently. I liked that the staff smiled and maintained eye contact. Great customer service.

Absolutely fantastic service, Steve and Dan went above and beyond what I would expect. They are simply an example of how a company should be run. Their combined knowledge and approachable personalities would make this a go to shop. Other companies can only learn from this store. The item purchased is excellent in everyway.
