Friendly helpful service
I was served by Mark who was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with a rucksack I had bought a few months previously and he offered to exchange it. He spent a long time with me helping me choose a replacement that was right for me. Thanks so much Mark.

Absolutely fantastic shop, great kit and customer support from Mark around compass choice really helped navigate me to what I needed, bearing in mind you don't buy one every day. I also bought the West of the package with a map holder to keep things dry.

Amy who works at the Millets store at Keswick provided us with excellent customer service during our visit on Monday September the 25th, she was very knowledgeable about the items in store and was very helpful in assisting/advising my husband regarding the best walking shoes to meet his requirements.
