Ordered sandals online and delivered to store with no issues

We have been visiting Newquay Millets regularly over the last few weeks to finalise a purchase of walking boots.
All staff have been professional, courteous & informative.
Today we made our purchase, assisted by the very knowledgeable Rob.
Such a great service from our local High Street. Far better than purchasing on line.
Use it or lose it!

Excellent experience with Millets! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help me find exactly what I needed. There was a great range of outdoor clothing and equipment available, all at competitive prices. The store was well organised, making it easy to browse, and the checkout process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and products. I’ll definitely be shopping with Millets again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor gear.

Store has great prices and Rob was extremely helpful will giving constructive and clear advice. Nothing was too much trouble when trying new clothing.

We've been in this store a few times now to get equipment for my children who are in the cadets.
The staff are always incredibly helpful, friendly and take and interest in their squadron and the events they are going to.
It's a pleasure to shop here and despite it not being our local store, we are happy to travel from Helston.
