We've been in this store a few times now to get equipment for my children who are in the cadets.
The staff are always incredibly helpful, friendly and take and interest in their squadron and the events they are going to.
It's a pleasure to shop here and despite it not being our local store, we are happy to travel from Helston.

I am so fussy with my shoes and if they are comfortable. Backwads and forwards she was, all with a smile and such a happy vibe.

We received excellent customer service when buying walking shoes. The assistant was very patient and helpful to my husband when he heard that he had hip and mobility problems.

A UPS package due to be delivered to me went missing. After several unsuccessful calls to their helpline I called Millets as a long shot as they are a UPS access point. I spoke to Matt who was so friendly and he offered to try and track it down. The next morning he managed to find my parcel and called me straight away to let me know. None of that was his responsibilty but he saved the day. He is now a celebrity among my colleagues who followed the saga of the missing parcel and Millets Matt the hero. Cheers Matt.

A huge thank you to Adrian and Matthew at Millets Newquay for their fantastic customer service today. They helped us restock our go-bag with reliable waterproof clothing, a Leatherman multi-tool (complete with tin opener), a portable stove, and several other key items.
While we hope never to need it in an emergency, we now feel much more prepared — and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and helpful advice in-store.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable and products were reasonably priced and well made.

We purchased a pair of walking boots. We were served by Holly whom was very attentive and knowledgeable and gave us advice on gaining the correct fit which was invaluable for comfort.
I can’t wait to try the boots out now.

Popped into Millets in Newquay on a flying visit as I needed some new walking boots. I used to shop at the Truro branch before it closed, so it was lovely to visit again. The store being dog-friendly was the first big bonus!

Pop in regularly for various outdoorsy related stuff. This occasion went in for a new backpack. Very kind staff who don't mind the otherwise whacking great wheelchair driver coming in. Good deal this time too!

Popped in for some Merrell shoes - as needed some proper waterproof shoes and ably assisted by Nick - even bought a Aussie hat and sorted out military discount - job done!
