Great customer care
Great customer care. I went in to purchase a top for my son. Katie and leanne the sales assistants especially katie, was fantastic in helping me get the sizing right. While I was there, Katie showed me the jackets that she thought I might like. I bought a lovely jacket and two t shirts. Katie was so helpful she is a credit to your store. I never felt pressure to buy and came away feeling happy with my purchase. I will definitely be returning thank you Katie!

Fantastic customer experiencence
We had a great customer experience today at Millets in Penzance. We were initially greeted by Jade who very quickly sourced the correct size of walking boot I was interested in. She explained the features of the boot and suggested the right type of sock to wear with them (on offer within the store). Whilst remaining professional at all times Jade also had a great sense of humor - we could have been her hundredth customer if the day or her first such was her attitude and opened to discuss the products as well as some useful tips on getting round Penzance.
Jade showed us there the boot bags were as well, an item I hadn't thought about buying but made perfect sense really (Peter Storm @ £4) as well as suggesting some waterproofing solution which we bought which was also on offer.
All in all a great shopping visit made all the more special by dealing with Jade who truly is a fantastic ambassador for Team Millets. Well done all.

Camping Chair Purchase
Katy and Will were really helpful when I was buying the last two chairs, one of which was a display model. They had to unlock the display model which was outside, attached to several other chairs, which was awkward, but they did it with a smile and a laugh when the cable got snagged. Will then went to the stockroom to get the chair bag, which he found in no time. I really felt that they wanted to serve me.

Helpful boot fitting
I visited the shop on a very hot, humid nd busy MazeyDay in Penzance. I was served by Gina who was very helpful and friendly and helped me buy my new walking boots. She gave me all her attention. The boots are lovely.
