I needed some sunglasses, just had drops put in my eye and left my sunglasses in my car. So was looking for wrap around sunglasses, luckily there some on half price. Although I didn't spot the price until helped by Douglas and processed my purchase efficiently thank you

My wife and I went in looking for a tent so we can start camping after a 8 year lay off . The young lady that served us Katy was very helpful. She answered all our questions and needs like can we stand upright in the tent and time to erect the tent . Well we left with a tent in hand and felt we had a great positive service from this young lady and we’re not pushed into buying what we didn’t want . Thank you Katy

Gina was very helpful when I was paying for tent pegs, mallet and peg extractor. There was also a gentleman working alongside who showed me where they all were. Really good service from both. Makes shopping there a pleasure.

As a visitor and a photographer, I found I needed some new footwear for the paths and tracks in the area. At Millets Penzance, there was a sale. Service was prompt and helpful. Gina was friendly and I left with the walking shoes I was looking for, plus socks and waterproof trousers.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Advised on right size. Allowed me to put on one of their fleeces under the waterproof jacket I was interested in to get me up to my winter chest size.

Bought a few items at this store and have always received good service particularly from William. Always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in to buy trainers for a trip to Scotland . Katy was a great help, even showed me a cheaper pair than I was looking at. She gave me time to choose and was extremely helpful. Her colleague Gina helped too.
