Minors and Brady Reviews

Had my gas done today thank u Holly for the great communication in get set up for me, couldn't of gone smoother much appreciated 😁 brilliant friendly service from all 😁

The initial stages when meeting Kieran to have our property appraised was great. He was processional without being cold hard sales tactics.
Getting our property onto market was as fast and efficient as I would expect it to be and dealt with very well.
During the viewings/selling timeframe some improvement could be made in gaining feedback faster, with a little more accuracy and a better line of communication to keep vendors updated speedily. However, I do understand we live in a world of viewing time wasters and ghosting of phone calls or emails is very much a thing.
Once we’d secured a seller the after sales team, especially Anya were very good. Returning calls promptly, providing information or guidance when required and offering her knowledge on the best course of action when needed.
She was especially helpful during the final stages leading to exchange and completion where things gain momentum quickly.

I rent two neighbouring properties in Lowestoft. The gas safety certificate appointments for both were handled flawlessly by Holly in the local branch. Thanks for the great service

Tabby was the Eatate Agent who showed us around a Minors & Brady property last evening, and we were highly impressed by the depth of knowledge she demonstrated in answering our questions on the property she was representing. Indeed, we have been impressed with Minors & Brady as a whole.

I would like to thank Holly for reorganising my recent safety inspection with Broadland plumbing, most appreciated.

My wife and I have viewed a home advertised by Minors & Brady. Isabel Daynes was our state agent guide. We were impressed with her professionalism. Answered vey kindly all our queries. Highly recommended.

This review is for a property viewing with Isabel from the Norwich branch. Excellent viewing, Isabel met me outside the house and was very knowledgeable about the property, especially on key features such as the boiler, consumer unit and the kitchen layout - location of the integrated white goods. It was particularly helpful that she was able to provide insight about local facilities and community. A very professional viewing, if she was showing my home, I’d feel I was in safe hands as she is great with clients and made sure I had enough time to really appreciate both the property and it’s location.

Really impressed with the service we are receiving from Minors and Brady. Very professional and knowledgeable with their advice. In particular want to thank Karol Wengrzik for all his help and support. He has been amazing.

Our sale has not been straightforward due to circumstances outside our control and that of Minors & Brady but throughout the After Sales team, and in particular, Aysegul, have been incredibly supportive, hard working, kept us fully informed at every point and went above and beyond to get everything sorted. We are very grateful and want to say a very big thank you to Aysegul for all her input.

Great experience renting through Minors and Brady. Samuel Carpenter handled my tenancy from viewing to move-in and was helpful and responsive throughout. Quick replies, clear communication, and everything sorted on time. Highly recommend.

Brooklyn has been extremely helpful and responsive. Taking us through the process. Thank you Brooklyn.

The reason I haven’t given 5 stars, is due to the online system, Goodlord. In my opinion, not fit for purpose, unclear navigation and online instructions.

Excellent Communication and Positivity.
Even though we had a bit of rough start through the sales process, once a price was accepted by us Lara has been exceptionally helpful and positive. Her communication has been spot on and when reaching out to her for assistance with moving through the process she has responded with great timeliness and positivity to help us to get to the point of exchange. Can't wait to complete! Great job!

Tabatha had shown me round a bungalow I was interested in, she was very helpful and professional. A lovely member of the team.

The whole team have been amazing: always helpful and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Lauren for her speed and expertise in organising memorandums of sale and chasing all the other documents/ processes :)

Adelaide was extremely helpful and professional in helping to secure a sale on our future property.Communications were prompt and courteous at all times and I found her incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Excellent from the Wroxham Branch again!
This is the second time we have worked with the Wroxham branch and once again the team provided a first class service.
A special mention goes to Anya in the aftersales team for her efforts in keeping everything on track.

Appreciate Brooklyn who helped us a lot during our tenancy agreement. 10 out of 10 for Brooklyn

Viewings were made on contact immediately, and we found Tabatha to be extremely helpful when requesting a viewing of another property.

As a first time buyer, Anya from Minors and Brady in Wroxham was really helpful and supportive throughout the process. She regularly sent updates, chased both sides to keep the process moving, and answered any questions quickly. This definitely helped manage any worries about the purchasing process.

Very professional, efficient, and dedicated to getting the right property for you. We spoke to lots of people who were always fantastic, with Ellen and Jamie, who both made the very stressful process of finding our home much much easier.
