I recently ordered 2 glass shelves for a small bar area I have created. Price was very reasonable and the glass was perfectly cut to size, it looks fantastic. Seems very high quality and well finished. The delivery guy was great too, called a couple of days beforehand to arrange when I would be in and turned up when he said he would, phoning half an hour ahead to confirm.

Brilliant customer service and advice throughout the whole process. From first getting in touch about some glass kitchen cupboard doors through to delivery, Paul was brilliant. He noticed an error in my initial measurements and did multiple checks with me through drawings. The end result.. they have fitted like a glove 😊 Despite me having not measured and fitted doors like this before, his patience and advice was so helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

I am very happy with my order for a replacement sideboard glass top protector. I was notified by email updates of my order status. Delivery arrived on time as arranged by phone by the courier/driver and was left safely in my porch to which was perfect as I did not have to wait in all day! Overall a great quality product and service. Would highly recommend.

First- very cheap. I ordered a race –track piece of glass which was almost twice as cheap as other outlets.
Glass was cut correctly and even had polished edges, very nice.
Slight negatives- a bit of a wait for the order (was in no rush anyway) and it would have been nice to have been updated on the order. Only minor points though.
The delivery driver was also very good. Either a very good member of your staff or a professional courier used.

Ordered a bespoke shower screen with a curved top through the easy online service. I then received by email a confirmation which was a great help. The screen arrived earlier than expected delivered by their own extremely pleasant driver who was on time as arranged by phone. The screen is now fitted for my customer with no problems at all. We will back for our future projects. Excellent service, thank you.

Great service, quality product, affordable price. I ordered a bespoke glass shelf for a kitchen cabinet through the website. Quick order confirmation by email and then updates along the way for processing and dispatch. I even got a call to check I would be in at the time of delivery next day. Would definitely use them again, totally recommend.

Excellent Service all round from quotation to delivery. We recently had an 8mm angled glass shower door for our loft conversion supplied by mirrors and glass. After giving measurements a cad drawing was emailed to me to check before ordering. The delivery driver called to arrange delivery. The door & seals fitted perfectly and the hinges and handle supplied were excellent quality. The price was very competitive and nearly half the cost that I was quoted from another company. I required a mirror for my loft room which is really out of square and needed a corner cut off. Chatted with Julie on the online chat whom was extremely helpful as I was also unsure on thickness and fixings. The mirror arrived earlier than expected as their driver was delivering in my area that week. It is of very high quality and it has been fitted with ease and looks fantastic. Great service all round. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Ordered a made to measure shower enclosure and mirror for my newly fitted bathroom. I simply sent a drawing as requested and was emailed back with a plan along with images and recommendations regarding hardware. Paul and team were extremely helpful. The quality is superb and delivered by an extremely helpful gentleman who called me the day before and also half and hour before he got here, I didn’t have to wait in all day like most deliveries! The sizing is perfect, my builder was amazed. Thanks mirrors and glass team! I will send you photos and be back as I’m having the kitchen transformed next an require a made to measure splash back. Used this company before with no issues however this time I experienced what others have referred to in regard to the "sales lady"

I was promised a delivery date to my supplier of toilet units (in East Sussex) and fitting these mirrors was the final task for them to carry out prior to shipping the units to me the next day - something I made clear to Julie.

I received no further comms so naturally assumed that her promise had been fulfilled.

It wasn’t and I had to call/mail to find out why – receiving a weak apology with no effort to fix the predicament whatsoever.

Meantime my units had now arrived to our location in Somerset where I also have our suppliers team about to install the units and clearly able to fit the mirrors if only they had them.

I spoke to Julie yesterday who was utterly intransigent to the issue she had created and totally unwilling to rectify the situation. She could so easily have turned her failure into a success (and a glowing review) by asking her transport company to change his planned route (the mirrors are with him in East Sussex) or have them couriered here but no, apparently it's my fault for being a company!

Her excuse was truly astonishing: "we usually only deal with residential customers" What on earth that has to do with anything I have absolutely no idea!

I am now footing the bill to have the mirrors couriered here today.

Julie, it was in your power to rectify this unfortunate situation however you chose to be totally inflexible, stubbornly following fixed parameters that are clearly designed for your convenience rather than your customer’s needs.

This review could have been citing an example of true customer service – how an error was turned into a success and created a customer who recommends you at the drop of a hat.

Sadly you missed that opportunity – such a pity…..

As you will note from the reply below - utter intransigence from the sales lady who completely fails to recognise the total focus of my review is upon her and her lack of empathy, customer care or willingness to grasp the opportunity to turn a customer she had badly let down into an advocate who would just have enthusiastically written a glowing review....

Praise all round for this company. I ordered a made-to-measure mirror, at a cost only slightly more than a standard size off-the-shelf. Customer communication and service was excellent, with regular updates and personal contact to arrange a convenient delivery (no couriers used). The mirror and fixings have an excellent quality finish. Highly recommended.
