First time with using Mirrorworld, and their website showed the possibility of ordering a mirror to our requirements, with ease.
The other thing which was important, was having the option of either having delivery by a general delivery company, or else by their own driver.
We opted for delivery with their driver to ensure safe and undamaged delivery, and we were informed as to when and also time of delivery.
The driver was very polite and waited while the mirror was inspected.
A first class service from ordering through to delivery.

Having just had a new bathroom fitted, we needed a mirror but of a certain size. Having looked everywhere, I turned to having one made.I found Mirrorworld on line and instead of ordering it on line I phoned up.They was fantastic,it's hard to order when you carnt see the product.But they was very patient and sent photos of the frame,colour and width.Then put me through the order process.It arrived very well packaged and I am extremely pleased with how it looks.I would recommend them to anyone. I was looking for some unusual but not expensive mirrors for my son’s playroom and reached out to the sales team for help. They were remarkably responsive and really helpful, suggesting a great value solution and even expediting the sales and delivery process so that the mirrors arrived before we left the country. I was looking for a small design in 2 shades of coloured mirror to hide a crack in the corner of a much larger mirror. Mirrorworld were the only company I found able to do what I wanted, which involved triangular shapes and bevelled edges. I found the company very helpful (they also provided advice and adhesive to mount the mirrors) and were very easy to deal with.

The team were quick to respond to a request for a bespoke mirror detail, with prices very competitive given the nature of the request, and the turn around and services throughout the process were really fantastic. We will certainly highly recommend them and will be using them again next time.

Good value for money - better quality mirror (thicker and taped) than competitors. Kept me progressed with order processing and the delivery person was very courteous and made sure the mirror wasn't damaged at the point of delivery (to the extent of unpacking the mirror)

Gareth was brilliant, he helped assist me in designing a half circle mirror with a cutout for one of our projects. Mirrorworld were patient with me in delaying the delivery for when I was ready, as I didn't want it hanging around in our workshop too long! Definitely recommend!
