Disappointed service again, second time in a row. all customer service can say is ''quality control checking "" but no any time frame given. used this company for many years but last two orders was a disaster, missing deliveries and doubled time for production and delivery.

Good service on purchase, but when these a problem they don't get back to you. My dispute remains unresponded to for over 2 weeks.

I've been searching for a bevel edge bathroom mirror for a quite a while for our refurbished house without success. There are a multitude on the internet, none the correct size and lots of them too expensive!

Finally I came upon Mirrorworld. After reviewing their web site and finding I could get a mirror made to my size requirements at a great price I gave them a call.

The telephone order was placed with their helpful staff and paid for, delivery was exceptionally quick.

We decided that the look we wanted for our lounge didn't involve seeing our big telly on show, so thought that a TV mirror would be perfect. We had a look online, only to find prices that drove us to drink!!
After a few calming sips of 'medicinal' alcohol and a bit more research, we came across Mirrorworld.co.uk.
Realistic prices, cut to size, loads of frame options, or, as we chose, unframed, and excellent communication.
We went for it, and our lounge now looks fabulous, with a gorgeous feature mirror instead of a chonking great telly. My only complaint is that it doesn't make me look younger, but it's a mirror, not a miracle worker!!
I would definitely recommend Mirrorworld-you won't regret it.

I ordered a plastic mirror which I use for weddings and I only used it twice, just removing it out from the packaging has marked so in the bin it goes. It marks far too easy; I would stay well clear of the plastic mirrors. Customer service on a par with the plastic mirrors ☹

Super mirror, exactly what we ordered. Only reason I didn’t go 5 stars was it arrived in a completely broken and damaged box and the delivery driver was very unhappy when I asked him to stay to check the mirror was ok. Fortunately it was, so no problem in the end.
