Sadly I have to be the person who leaves a bad review due to the overall service I received. the order initially arrived late with no replies to my emails. when we finally received it I noticed a minor fault, which I chose to overlook at the time, due to the delay in receiving the mirror. Within 6 months the mirror started peeling and was informed it was due to how we cleaned it! in the meantime they had changed their ad to cover this known design fault and have since made it an option to chose when buying the mirror. The aftersales was even worse as their course of action was to offer to sell us another mirror with 10% off while also refusing to refund the original purchase. I am very disappointed with the service from what appears to be a reputable company and when you consider the fact that all of this was well within the warranty period. I shall not be using this supplier in future.

I’ve been in touch with this company for over a year! They’ve sent me many samples, even had one sprayed specially with and without varnish - when I actually got round to ordering a mirror (90 x 180) it was close to Christmas so I didn’t expect to receive it till the new year - but the lady I spoke to promised to get back to me and she actually did and offered me a pre Christmas delivery!! I was really pleased and further, pleased with the product - hence the 5 stars. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and don’t hesitate to make a recommendation. So well done Mirrorworld.

Excellent product and service. So happy with my huge, made to measure mirror. Turnaround was quick and the quality of the mirror and fixings are fantastic.

I had been looking for a very large mirror and this company made it possible to have a mirror made to size. There was a great choice of frames and glass options. The turnaround time was very quick and the mirror I received was high quality and looks perfect on my wall. A very good experience from start to finish.

I discovered Mirrorworld by chance when searching for a mirror with a silver frame to match my new decor, and was unable to find a ready made mirror matching my dimensions. Mirrorworld had a good choice of frames at reasonable prices. The mirror arrived in less than a week and is absolutely stunning. It was well packaged so there was absolutely no chance of damage in transit. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again.
