Hit and miss.

Sometimes the orders are great, but this time, 25 books received spine damage and registration issues, and they need to look into the quality control.

New InDesign plug in for generating a ready to go pdf for printing. This was great.

Fantastic service and fantastic quality. We urgently needed books printed for a funeral service, having communicated this with the team they advised the printing team and sent next day delivery so that we received them in good time. Great communication throughout, books were fantastic, website easy to use. Will definitely use again and recommend.

An excellent company. Had the pleasure of using Mixam for the last four years. The quality of the printing and products are exceptional and any enquiries to customer service are always dealt with efficiently. One of the best features is the ease with which you upload files. The preview when a manuscript is uploaded is brilliant, making self publishing so easy to achieve. Communication about an order is very good and delivery is speedy also. Highly recommended.

The day I was supposed to receive my delivery in Spain I contacted you to see what was going on and was informed later on that the printing facility had put my order on hold because the document was not good enough.

1h later I sent an updated version but was told it was already printed but that it was acceptable for them… well… acceptable is quickly said and then why not print it 10 days earlier?

Result : not as good as it could have been with the version sent and had to stress until 48H before the wedding to be finally delivered.

It is your printing facility that should have contacted you immediately, to say there is a problem with the file.

Then you would have been able to contact me immediately, to tell me to change the file, which took one hour to do.

Not the other way around, me contacting you, contacting them. They should be proactive and bottom up.

The version I received, luckily on time but with stress until delivered, would have been much better, and would have arrived a week before, better, smoother, and without any stress.

Not to mention, that it is not understandable, that Mixam UK delivers to Spain, but Mixam Germany, which is in the EU, doesn’t deliver to Spain. This creates undue double taxing and customs rights for the customer. In the end, more than 1/3 of the total cost is delivery, taxes and customs costs…

I think you guys are great, but to land amongst the stars, we need to shoot for the moon, and there is some room for improvement described here I hope.

The quality of the comic copies are good however 3 of copies were printed in the wrong order. Naturally mistakes can happen however getting it rectified was my issue with Mixam. Despite me contacting twice via online chat with video evidence and three times via email the matter wasn't resolved and fell into the fifth week since the initial error. The issue was no-one got back to me with when I would get my copies. Which I felt was unprofessional. I had to request a refund, which I felt they were more willing to do, then reprint. As I write this review (08-July-26) this matter is still pending.

Good clear website, easy to use. Bookmarks were exactly as I wanted them, and delivered quickly.

Easy to use and great results
Fast and efficient service

As I wished a simple design tool and avoid in design or infinity, for a rather simplistic concept, mixam online tool was great. Allowed to size my images exactly how I wanted (had done a previous run on a bw project). The difference here was the bw and colour mix for the personal album.
As a result the bw component of it has a bit of a cast, to be expected and that I seem to be the only one noticing!
Delivery through DHL was easy to follow and to rearrange. All good to me.

I’m honestly so disappointed with the business cards I received. The quality is nowhere near what I expected from a professional printing company.

The print is blurry in places, the detailing looks messy, and the borders/corners are badly printed and uneven. On top of that, some of the cards have visible marks/scuffs and the card stock itself looks poor quality. Overall they look cheap, damaged and badly finished rather than like a polished business product.

These were ordered for my business, so presentation matters massively, and I simply can’t hand these out to clients in this condition. It’s frustrating to have spent money on something that looks defective and unprofessional straight out of the box.

Really unhappy with the quality control here and I definitely wouldn’t have expected cards to arrive looking like this.

We used Mixam to print 33 year books for our primary 7 leavers! I was able to upload my own design so easily and printing and shipping was done in a week! Kids loved them and we couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be using them again!

It has now been 5 days since the estimated delivery date and still no sign of the parcel. Tracking information says it’s scheduled for delivery on the 1st July, which was yesterday.

This is a time sensitive print, and a week after the estimated delivery date is too much.

I made a p7 leavers year book. The website was easy to follow and the books were so good printed. The quality is fab.

Artwork wouldn't upload. Called for support but no one there at the weekend. Emailed Saturday without reply by mid-morning Monday so called but all operators busy! Emailed again cancelling and used Instantprint where artwork uploaded without any issue!

I'm an existing Mixam customer but this isn't the first time I've had artwork issues that I don't get elsewhere and so enough is enough...

2nd print run, better than before with more options for papers etc.
