Best product , value for money &Excellent customer service

Would never use this company again ..especially WhiteRose leeds branch.. took my daughters iPhone in for a cracked screen small crack next to the camera… they replaced the screen and damaged the phone beyond repair damaged the motherboard and battery in the phone. Told me they were ‘doing me a favour’ by replacing the phone with a replacement to the one they had damaged beyond repair. When I went in to retrieve the broken phone I have found the screen is cracked (looks like the phone has had a hammer to it) and the camera on the back of the phone has a hole in it - like a screwdriver.. to make sure it can never be repaired !

Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful staff! Would never recommend. Went there 3 times to get something they said they would order and the same gentleman who was incredibly rude, told me he hadn't ordered it. They couldn't even get off their chair to great me. This was at Wandsworth Southside shopping centre.

Had a screen protector fitted for £15. Peeled away in less than 24 hours. Went back to fit again. Peeled away in less than 2 hours! Now too annoyed to go back. Ordered another one online-I'll fit it myself.

Apple employees at Intu / Atria shopping centre should not be recommending MobileBitz as a cheaper option for a phone cover.
Made the mistake of buying from them to put a cover and also went for the protective plastic screen covering.
Not fitted properly and a poor option as it goes right to the edges of the screen unlike the Belkin products which leaves a small gap. The bottom open edge caught my pocket then lifted and cracked. This would suggest not fitted flush
They accused me of dropping the phone yet I have all the mobiles ever bought in what I call “My mobile phone museum” and never ever dropped any of them
There is a saying you only get what you paid for and this plastic lasted less than 10 days so paid for my mistake.

Went to Apple and bought the Belkin Glass protection and they advised it does not go right to the edges of the phone so as to allow for covers, unlike the rubbish I bought from MobileBitz.
I should have read their Feedback as it seems to be poor in every location. 43% Bad on Trustpilot says it all.

RAVAGED MY IPHONE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My Iphone 11 was cracked at the back - Bluewater Mall offering an amazing shopping experience, decided to use MobileBitz to change the back. They charged (way overpriced) half of the IPhone store cost of £200.00

They ravaged the phone. Such bad workmanship.
They should only sell accessories and phone cases. No way should they do repairs to phones especially expensive IPhones.

One can clearly see they used a spatula to separate the back cover from the maniacal bits inside.
By using a spatula they damaged all the sensitive modules inside.

Had to invest in a new phone.

Appalling and disgusting work!

Bluewater Branch - Asif the worker - Butchered repair

Had my back changed as it was cracked. Charged £75. The new cover was badly replaced with the glue sticking out and definitely had holes which means water could get it. My volume button wasn’t working after the repair. Went back the second time as had left Bluewater when I noticed the issue. Was told that the charging cable wasn’t working and this was the cause. Meant I would have to go to Bluewater again for a third time and would be charged for the repair. Another cost and time wasted. When all was out back together, my screen had a section which was discoloured to the other.

Went to two stores to ask their opinion of the repair which included Apple Bluewater. The opinions were not even mentioning here as they were so bad.

Took phone to a store in my home town who looked at the phone and replaced the back and all parts. Phone is water proof, volume buttons work really well and the phone looks brand new. Advised would have cost me £30 to repair back. Repair was done by machine and looks professional.

What’s worse is the owner showed me what Asif did to the phone inside. The cover was lifted manually with some utensils which damaged the casing and cut some electronic bits. I can see how the back metal piece in the phone is mangled. Poor workmanship. Outside casing had so many scratches as Asif tried to open the case.

Recommend not to use to replace back of phone as don’t have the equipment to do so. Will charge you for the repair if anything related has occurred when you go back and overpriced in the repair.

Maybe this was an isolated case.

Went to mobile bitz yesterday in bluewater shopping centre due to my phone not turning on. Within 20 minutes my phone was back up and running and have had no issues since. Would not hesitate to go back and see Asif who was very kind and knew exactly what the problem would be without even looking at it. Will recommend to all of my friends

Always go to the bluewater branch to see Asif especially for his all round knowledge and any repairs that need doing. Very reasonably priced and would not take my phone anywhere else

I went here in tunbridgewells to get my phone fixed as the screen was smashed, I paid £50 , I came back and he started saying that the battery wasn’t working, but my battery was completely fine before, and then I had my phone and it was working perfectly , it died on my way back home and I chucked it on charge and it showed me the battery symbol to say it was charging and I went back 5 mins later and it was completely broke not turning on or anything, Went back the same day and they said I needed to pay another £60 to get it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE !

Went to Mobile Blitz in Tunbridge Wells and Qasim was really helpful and fixed my screen and put a protector on why i waited.

I have never dealt with a company that is so professional in all my life. All I can say is that they have bent over backwards to make sure my iPad was repaired properly without question. I cannot explain the work that went into ensuring this could happen with all the lock down procedures in place. This is a fantastic company (I will name Mo from Poole) who made me again trust, there are genuine people who care about their work. Well done and thank you.

Went to Crawley County Mall to get my iPhone XR screen repair lovely customer service, very friendly and helpful guys with smile on their face, my phone fixed within 15 minutes. They fix it in front of me. Plus I bought a phone of them which is working perfectly fine and I’m very happy highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This company may be a scam.

I requested a iPhone battery replacement service from them. Two days later was the appointment which I attended. There was no one there. No one picking up the phones. I have sent three emails and made 8 phone calls and no response.

I have requested my bank to reverse the charge and I was advised to report the company as possibly fraudulent.

I don’t know if it is just this branch or whether the whole company is a fake but don’t pay for the service online. Request to pay in person only, if you decide to use them.

Went to get my iPhone lcd fixed , guy in county mall was very helpful and friendly. He fixed
My mobile in 20 mins as I was rushing.
