NEVER GO HERE. I had a band new iPhone and smashed it the second day I had it. Decided to get the screen fixed somewhere cheaper than apple because I didn't have much money at the time. They completely ruined my key pad, its so sensitive and can hardly even type messages. I went back a second time and they were extremely rude and told me I should of gone to apple. Now I need to buy a new phone AGAIN and I'm absolutely livid. Extremely rude staff and service - I went to Stratford Shopping Centre in London. Honestly not worth saving a little bit of money. Go to apple otherwise risk having to buy a whole new phone.

I bought 2 tempered glass uv glue more expensive in Uxbridge, and i fixed this, one is perfect but the other one with the same procedure is dameged, becouse I don't know why more air formed underneath the glass and the screen is damaged, I ask for refund but your employer told me that's my problem. And he tried to sell me another screen, for me is incorrect, can I have my money back? I have the receipt. In ebay and other website is possible have refound and in this shop no, its ridiculous.

Wimbledon kiosk. I had spoken to the adviser at great lengths to make sure my phone screen would be protected and at no time did he say about shock proof cover. So now my screen has shattered.
At going back to the kiosk to report it Ahmed was not helpful not wanting to give managers name or number said he did not have it, went to website to get a number when answered. Hello, hello, so I explained he just said 07. I asked 07 what, can I speak to a supervisor please. Hello hello again, then someone English speaking just matter of factly gave me the kiosk managers number. Called and left a message, So I went on Facebook and sent them a message, and and hour later manager calls to say he can give me a case, I said no screen peotecter, but on finding these reviews, the screen protectors are no better, going to see if the shopping centre knows they have a trader sell goods Not Fit For Purpose Goods, so my review.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MANERS NO BUISNESS SENSE JUST TERIBLE EXPERIENCE. I AM GOING TO AS THEM FOR THE £220 TO FIX IT.

Fantastic service from the guys in The Oracle Reading, definitely recommend them.

Avoid the kiosk at Stratford Westfield. I purchased a Samsung protector for £15 within four days it cracked. I went back with receipt and was told I need to spend another £15, poor customer service dont waste your money. I went to ismash got replacement free of charge.

Went here to get my screen changed. Was told it would be £80 and take about 15 minutes. I waited and waited and waited and after about 40 mins the guy said he couldn’t fix it and I would need to bring it back tomorrow after more screens were delivered so they could try again. He said I had to pay the £80 there and then and gave me my phone back with the screen protruding at the bottom and told to come back next day. Went back next day, 2 different guys and I had to explain the whole thing to them. Waited another 30mins only to be told he’d “made a small mistake” and that he needed to try another new screen (3rd one!). Again I waited and he proceeded to make THE SAME MISTAKE that I had to point out to him because he didn’t notice!! Was told to “come back later that day” and guaranteed it would be fixed. Pretty upset by this point, I negotiated that I would get half my money back, which he agreed to. When I returned, he said he’d phoned his manager and was told I couldn’t have half my money reimbursed and gave me a sob story that it would be taken out of HIS wages. They also said they’d gone through so many screens trying to fix my phone so it would cost them a lot - as if that’s my fault! Instead they gave me a free charger which is now already broken! And an extra month warranty - but obviously I will never trust them with my phone again so that’s pointless! £80 and 3 hours of missed work over 2 days and now the screen also does not work that well. It’s lost it’s sensitivity and a some key strikes don’t even register!! Absolute disaster from start to finish - avoid!!

I purchased an iPhone screen protector for £15 at their kiosk at Churchill square Brighton. It cracked within a week , I returned with my bill, I was told it was normal that it cracked as it's quite fragile, they wanted to sell me a new one. (no thanks)
On the internet I've not found anything as expensive.
Steer clear of these people, they belong in a Souk.

I just had my phone screen changed at Mobile Bitz in the Friary shopping centre. As always Ali was efficient, quick and good value. Best place in Guildford to get your phone fixed. Louisa

I took my daughters iPhone 7 in which had been run over by a car. (Yes you read right!!!) I met Mr Khan the Director who ran me through everything and all the options, was amazing, not once made me feel that i would be paying through the nose and would guide me through if they felt it was going to be more expensive. Was also very calm and confident of his tech staff.
I received a text message the same evening to say my repair had been successful and ready for collection.
Picked up the phone, was perfect. Even was advised that the home button is broken, but luckily still works.
I have been raving to all that will listen about the experience

I have used MobileBitz in Basingstoke Festival Place shopping centre On each occasion I found them extremely helpful and efficient and a lot cheaper than the prices charged by apple.

I purchased a screen protector from Mobile bitz in Watford Intu centre, it cracked within a week. When I went back to mobile bitz with my cracked screen protector and receipt, the guy didn’t want to know. Had to purchase another screen protector from somewhere else and it’s lasted a lot longer!
Please don’t use this company!

Don’t buy from this company! I bought a screen protector for my iPhone and it cracked for no apparent reason 3 days later!

Had a battery replaced and they fitted a faulty battery. Requested a refund, intially was refused and lied to about not being at the stall (not true- the gentleman served me). Assistant made proof of purchase difficult - wanted a card receipt which he hadn’t given me and insisted the battery was returned in the packaging, even though this wasn’t given to me either. I recorded a voice note of the experience and made it clear to the assistant I was doing this, I also proved I had made a purchase by showing a transaction on my banking app.

Quite slippery customer service and awful product. I’ve learnt my lesson!

Great Service

I got a screen replacement done here and I would not recommend it to anyone. Yes, it was done very quickly which was great but there’s so many negatives. The quality of the screen is poor and noticeably lesser when compared to an original Apple screen. The speaker no longer works so I cannot make phone calls anymore. And the 3D Touch/autobrightness also don’t worry very well. Lastly the phone is unusable while charging as the screen hops around all over the places if you try to use it.

Spend an extra 20/30 and get it done at Apple. You won’t regret it

Found amazing service at Mobile Bitz Howard centre. With no time they repair our phone front of us and do informs us about the loops. Highly recommended. Nearby and convenient. Better than insurance covers excess and high fi companies repairing process. I don't know the guy name who served me but he did good work very happy with the service.

My mobile screen was smashed and got fixed Same day. Carphonewarehouse offered £180 for repair which was high for me and they recommended Mobile Bitz for good prices. Excellent support Thanks received from the guy named Mustafa. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend
