They replaced cracked iPhone 6 screen at the Waterside shopping Centre. Less than two months on and their new screen cracked, despite having their screen protector on, and despite them assuring that they put good quality screen and protector. When I took my phone back for help; they were aggressive, dismissive and defensive even that I only asked for help and was willing to compromise and pay if they help. Instead staff was very rude, agitated and was quick to dismiss. She said “we gave you a discount that’s why we put a cheaper screen protector which didn’t cover the screen fully”. Well, that’s not much of an excuse for their poor quality products, scammy selling behavior and extremely poor customer service. I am taking this further, someone need to stop these scammers

This place deserves NO STARS!! I had my phone screen replaced last weekend. When I collected it the home screen button wasn't working but they didn't have any other screens. They wrote a note on my receipt to say that the home screen was broken and I could have a replacement. The day after I bought it the phone froze and all touch seized to exist. I took it another shop and got it replaced. Today I took their screen back to them (along with the receipt and the note they wrote saying the home button was faulty) and I asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and called a liar. They said that the current screen on my phone was theirs... even with their note on the receipt they still aggressively called me a liar. I called the police (101) and they said I would have to talk to trading standards. Then, when I stood in front of their booth they threatened to call security. Ha ha ha. I will not let this drop. I will contact the Grafton and the company telephone number until I get my refund. Absolutely appalling service and shoddy products. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Totally busted iphone 5s - gave it to Shafiq who promptly fixed it very reasonably and didn't try and flog me additional goodies. Very impressed!

Simple screen repaid in there shop in Chelmsford has resulted in my iPhone 7 128GB now useless. Home button has been damaged and part of the screen is no longer touch screen. Took it for an independent check, said it was one of the worst jobs he's ever seen, they didn't even bother to put all the screws back in.

I had my screen replaced. My phone now overheats regularly and my screen has lost sensitivity / become iversensitive sand starts typing by itself. The colour is darker too. I complained when my phone was returned to me but was told they’ve never had this before and it wasn’t accurate the phone was fine / that they couldn’t see a difference. I would avoid this place entirely.

Replaced a cracked screen costing £75 and left with a useless phone!
Colour is now of poor quality, the touch screen is less sensitive and the phone now overheats a freezes!!!
Not happy at all!!! Would not recommend.

I had to replace my cracked screen. They fitted it but had issues with the sensitivity of the touch screen. They were compliant with the change of screens but it didn’t resolve the issue. I’m now left with payment of a £60 screen that just doesn’t have the touch screen sensitivity that it used to. I would think twice before using them if you want to replace a cracked screen. Probably better going to an authorised dealer for the issue.

I sent my Iphone 5S for repair on 19th July 2018 after it failed to restart following a software update. The Apple store at the Oracle Centre in Reading said it was impossible to salvage any data. I ended up buying a new phone for work as I could not afford to be without one even for one day and therefore had no choice. But I was missing two months of un-backed-up data from my Icloud account because the phone had not been uploading correctly since 20th May. There was quite a lot of important data including family photographs which I really wanted to get back if possible. I had a good experience with Mobile Bitz around a year ago repairing my wife's Iphone 5C (again Apple said it couldn't be done), so I had the confidence to use them again. The process worked very smoothly, booking the job in online with some telephone support, posting the phone to a named recipient using Special Delivery. The next day I had telephone confirmation of receipt and further detailed questions about the phone. Today I had telephone confirmation that the phone had been mended with all data intact. I am thrilled. £99.99 including return delivery is good value for this excellent service in my opinion - I am completely delighted.

Had my cracked screen fixed in basingstoke festivel place, very happy with the repair service and time. Would definitely recommend them as the repair price is very reasonable.

I would recommend this company because they have always fixed my phone quickly compared to other phone companies and I always get my phone cases from there because they have some really nice ones. The guys that work there are really friendly and polite I’m always happy customer with them.

I think even 1 * is being too generous for this poor of an excuse company. Screen protector broke after 1 week and it blocks the sensor on the phone. Got told it was my sensor that was broken when me and my partner had the same issue and only after we got the protector put on our phones that the issue occurred. They love to threaten you with “I will call security” when they know they are in the wrong and being challenged.

Screen protector literally fell off phone after 2 months and when asked in store to help they refused point blank to do anything and became extremely rude when challenged about his dismissive attitude and disrespectful way in which he was addressing us. Threatened to call security if we did not leave (really) that's 3 years of custom, every year you'll never get back "mate!"

My daughters apple i phone had a broken screen. decided to try Mobile Bitz to make the repair. the phone was working fine apart from the screen. They repaired the screen within 2 day's the screen failed to function. Gave them back the phone . they said they will have to send it to the repair shop ! waited over a week, contacted them and they said they had the phone but wanted to keep hold of it for a couple of day's. finally they agreed to hand back the phone within 24 hours the phone again failed. They now say they have to return the phone back to their repairs department for more repairs. and have suggested if they fit genuine parts we can take it back to Apple to carry out the repair under warranty ! This is not the service we expected. i will be contacting the Omdudsman to see where we stand I;m sure they are at least in breach of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (Amended 2002).

I would not even give this place a one star, appalling customer service given and clearly they do not like you returning items, my sons new I phone screen protector started to peel of& and crack within 24 hours of purchasing, when trying to return they would not entertain me and said we have Broken it, clearly the guy, who said he owned the company, needs to go on a customer service course as he had zero customer service skills, he told me all the items he sells are not guaranteed so beware, for a owner of a company to not have these skills is worrying, he was not interested that I would take this further with trading standards and the complaints at the intu Lakeside shopping centre where it was bought, this man was a total ignorant Pig, sorry that is insulting Pigs, he will not hear the last of this
