I ordered a keyboard on 12 October 2024, for next-day delivery. There is no sign of the goods and despite submitting a ticket to them, there is no response. Furthermore, on logging into my account I can see no trace of the order even though they have charged me for it

DId not receive my item, its been a month.

Ordered a earphone almost 3 weeks ago and first they charged me twice for it but got refund through my bank. The item still has not been delivered. Evri tracking has no update since 1 August and there is no way of contacting MobileFun. Their help page just takes to the evri order tracking page!

I will never shop with them again.

I've ordered black stylus pen for samsung s22 ultra.
I was charged for it and than informed, that they don't have this item. Nobody responded to my request for a refund, and I had to start claim with Visa. Thankfully it was successful and I've got my money back. After two moths they contacted me with advise to order different color.

I have ordered a wireless phone charger for my Galaxy A21s. I got an email on the 26 the or Feb to say item shipped, it is not 5th of March nothing yet received after 8 days, item is allegedly only coming from Birmingham. Tried to call but told "we cant take you call right now" sent emails, filled out non delivery form, lets see if this is just another scam, if it is i an sure PayPal will be able to pull back the funds

Been 6 months I ordered, never received my order. They are not answering my emails through their customer service. Mobile fun is a fraud…

The earbuds don't pair with each other automatically, so the sound is in one of them only. They disconnect constantly even though they are fully charged and they are within the 10 meters range. CHEAP, USELESS GARBAGE !!!

This company advertises as a Canadian Supplier but when I purchased two sets of smart lights, I recieved them nice and quick (hence 2 rating) but was appalled to learn they were UK power supplies. A request to Mobile Fun came back as (description shows UK plugs) which it did not. Resolution from company was. "tough luck". Sucks to be me . Thanks for the wonderfully horrid response. Avoid these hacks.

Horrid customer service. They don’t have a number and they DO NOT reply to you via email. DO NOT BUY from here, they will steal your money.

I ordered a twin pack Olixar screen protectors for my new Pixel 8. Unfortunately only one sent with order (these things happen...).
I contacted MobileFun customer services and, with no fuss, got it sorted very quickly. New screen protector with me in a day or so.
I like the price, I definitely like the quality of the Olixar product and the service was good too.
Will consider using again.

I ordered the wrong size cover for my mobile. I contacted them to let them know and they replied with advice on how to return this. I was surprised that they did not offer to replace this with the correct size in the process, that is when I had a feeling I would not receive a refund. I sent the item back through the parcel drop lockers for evri but never received a confirmation email, as this had happened previously when sending back to other companies, I assumed that the return would still go smoothly. As I had predicted, they said they didn't receive the item back and then refused to reply to me. The original cover took over a week to arrive via them but when I purchased the correct cover from the Samsung website at the same cost, this was delivered within 2 days with no delivery charge. I would advise anyone that this is a shady company and shop around before seriously considering using them.

I purchase the charging pad & 2 charging adapters for my Galaxy A42 phones. Product is well designed, reasonably price & works perfectly. Communication & shipping were prompt.

I have gone ahead to place an order for this green case and it shows stock was showing as "due in 2 days". A day after I have placed my order, I received an email saying stock will be due in 1 week's time instead of 2 days. They have indicated that stock is due on the 7th of July and I have a follow up email stating that they will dispatch the item as soon as they have them. I had concerns there will be delay and indicated that I would like a refund if the stock is not in by 7th of July.

On 7th July, I have emailed them asking for an update. As of this posting it is 11th July, 2 business days from 7th July, nothing from them. I'm very uncomfortable placing my order with this vendor and would avoid this vendor in future.

First of, I was agreeable to the delay of 1 week, despite the fact your website says it is due in 2 days. The fact that your rep chose to casually ignore my email update tells me you don't respect your customers and treat us idiot. I wouldn't be surprised if my delivery is 1 month later or even never.

Please be careful with this vendor. I giving them 3 business days of no response before I file for a chargeback.

this guys sell good useful product at very reasonable prices.

When buying something site-unseen, you always wonder if you get what is advertised. Well, I did. This was easy to order and does exactly what was described. The only suggestion I have is to include a fast-charging adapter in the purchase as it only charges fast with that adapter.

The item was easy to purchase, the delivery was quick, and they provided thorough information with text messages during the whole process. This made the overall purchase enjoyable.

MobileFun had a case for my discontinue cell phone. The shipping took a while (about a month), since it was standard post from the UK to the USA. However, everything arrived well packaged. I recommend them (and a dose of patience for the shipping).

Mobile Fun UK had what we were looking for and couldn't find in the US.

Their international shipping was reasonable and we received our items quickly.

Very pleased.
